Gorgeous vibe. What an under-the-radar machine.

Best beat I've heard with this so far. So many show poor sounds and say 'well, its not good !'

Agree totally. I see so many bad demos with the tempest. Its a pretty deep machine and I think most people just over do it and try to get crazy with the synth sounds, I use it as a more traditional drum machine 808s, 909s, linn drums, with simple patterns and sequencing.

I thought about having it, leaning how to use a synth with it (sound design) and also beefing up other real and digital drum sounds. It would give drums a unique texture having the Tempest's beneath them. Do you recommend it to learn synthesis with?@@thenightwater

@@thenightwater This was all done in the Tempest? If so, kudos!

@@markwolfe4444 No I think mainly just the drums were from the tempest in this video. I think the bass was from the Moog Mother 32, and the lead synth was Korg Minilogue or the Access Virus.

Nice sounds! What reverb do you have going on there? And is there another synth in the mix doing the melodic line?

Thanks so much. So the synths are the UDO Super 6. Everything is running through a strymon bigsky reverb pedal on various settings. Moog m32 on the bass.
