Kärcher SE 5.100 (5100) vs NUMATIC GVE370-2 GEORGE - Suction power and spray pressure test. (sub)

The carpet has faded in the sun and it is impossible to get the colour out. The test was to show the differences in spray pressure, vacuum power and upholstery extraction tool design.

Yes, I know. I should put the conclusion in the film. Unfortunately, I don't have a karcher anymore to re-record the comparison, maybe on some other carpet. Have a look at the comments and my answers under the video, there are several. You'll get a full picture of my conclusions from the Numatic and Karcher comparison.

As a former car detailer speaking: the Karcher is the winner you can hear the airflow from it! Leaves seats way dryer and the noise is much nicer to the ear then the heavy Numatic sound also plastic from karcher much harder then the george! Also karcher can work 6 hours straight without overheating george cant :(

I cannot agree with this. The Karcher may seem to have stronger water extraction but that's because the squeegee is narrower. The plastics on the George are much stronger, thicker even better to the touch. The bucket is made of stronger materials rather than thin flaccid plastic. The storage tube attachment on the Karcher I basically broke on the first day. As for the sound, it's a matter of taste, I won't debate. Both are loud. I can't comment on the operating time either, as I don't think I've used either for more than an hour at a time. The Karcher, on the other hand, is very tippy. It tipped over several times when I tried to move it by pulling on the suction tube.

Hello, in my country i can buy Karcher today on black friday with 230 Euro and George is ~400 euro, deserved the money difference? THX

In my opinion, it is worth it. Numatic Gerorge - More suction power, more spray pressure, longer suction hose. The Karcher has a more convenient long suction nozzle for large carpets. But for that it doesn't polish as thoroughly. In addition, the seal on the clean water tank can be problematic due to which the Karcher sometimes refuses to take water. And the biggest drawback of the Karcher - it can tip over if you try to pull it towards you by the suction hose.

In my opinion - the Numatic George is better and much more stable. The Karcher 5100 can tip over when you accidentally pull on the suction hose.

@@Oskar66438 I know you can't see it on the video. The carpet was the only item on which I was able to test both vacuum cleaners at the time. However, I would compare the quality of the cleaning to that of the Professional Karcher Puzzi, which I had the opportunity to use several times on upholstery. The Karcher 5100 is inferior in this respect. It has a weaker liquid spray, although the narrower slot in the squeegee gives the impression that it sucks up similar amounts of dirty water. But in my opinion the Numatic has a stronger suction with a wider squeegee. George washes better

@@bialy77 Mam opcje kupienia za 1200 zł służyłby głownie do prania tapicerki samochodowej i zastanawiam się czy warto dopłacać do george, puzzi 8/1 bądź profi 50.1c jak myślisz? cenowo do dopłata 1000 zł dlatego zastanawiam się czy warto.
