Old guy here, been playing for 40-somethin' years. Once upon a time I'd have had no trouble figuring this one by ear. _Once upon a time, lol_ Thanks so much for this great lesson (only correct one, as far as I can find), and for saving me a lot of time & old-guy frustration lol. Cheers, and subbed. = )
Just stumbled onto Still Got The Blues and for there I found your lessons on the song. Thanks for breaking down this beautiful song note for note, lick for lick.
Fantastic lesson. I have not played gitar for almost 20 years but when i watched this I startet playing again , and that have been so good to Get the joy og playing again. So Thank you very mutch for reintroducing me to Music again
I have been working on this tune for about a week. I have all the chords down and some parts of the soloing. Just learning and soaking up a little at a time. Thanks for the lesson's!
thank you for also telling the names of the actual chords, not just the tabs (like most youtubers do). It helps so much when trying to learn a bit of theory, especially with songs like this one where some chords are just not that common
This does cound correct to me. There seems to be none on the big transcription web site that get this correct. Well done. Possibly worth mentioning there is no rythm guitar in V1/C1 on the orginal version just a synth strings chords thing.
Im still here .. having a bad time with this. I dont know the chorus chords so i keep forgetting it .. even if i place my fingers like you .. it sounds like a cat crying
Shouldn't the second chord should be called a G 'something', like G11, especially if thinking 'circle of fourths'? Awesome lesson series by the way! I thought I knew this but the chords and the fills were very helpfull...especially some of the fingerings I had been trying more difficut areas. Thanks!

isn't it the same, it's Dm7/G
in this context it remains Dm7/G as Dm7 is the 1 chord and you just played it
