Had the movie was as visually pleasing as Golden Compass it would have turned out differently. Movie is way too dark in literal sense. It was a good adaptation because they sticked to source material quite close but Golden Compass (2007) was a masterpiece
@@karolinakuc4783I was also a fan of the movie and wanted The Subtle Knife, cutting the ending from the film doomed it and it was unfinished (but mostly done, including CGI) and will never be seen by anyone, really. I’m very happy with the show though, the cast is so good and the soundtrack is one of my favourites from a tv show 🙂
