    Hi very nice video. Just wondering, is normal to not use fish sauce?

      +Alex B Some people use it, some don't. I've seen dishes like this made with just fish sauce, sugar, and MSG. I guess it all depends on the cook, and the dish you are making. This dish has a dark sweet sauce made with both light and dark soy sauce and sugar. You certainly could add fish sauce, and that would be fine, but taste it as you go because fish sauce can be very salty and adding it will certainly change the flavor. Good Luck!
