You can do the following:
1. Check your Google Drive and Google Photos: Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos all use the same Google account and share the same storage quota. So, if you have a lot of large files in either of these services, it can contribute to the "Storage almost full" message in Gmail.
2. Check for hidden large emails: There may be some large emails that are hidden, such as those filtered into the Spam or Trash folders. Check these folders and delete any emails that you no longer need.
