My gut from the start has been Raymond. And I think the biggest clue was in this episode: He had a dream and we all assumed it had to do with Rusty’s guilt, but maybe the dream was his own memory of killing Carolyn altered by his guilt of setting Rusty up. So basically, Raymond was also obsessed with her, possibly had an affair with her (he knows previous case details and knew about Carolyn’s kid) and now he’s protecting himself by pretending to have Rusty’s back while representing him. Think about it, they’re really painting him in a positive light but he’s always in front of his wife when having these moral dilemmas - so he could be putting on a front.
Hello! There is a similarity between this series and Dark Matter in that the wife is an artist working with an art gallery, while the husband has a "serious" career as a physicist or prosecutor. This would not necessarily be sexist, but in the book version of Presumed Innocent, the wife is a mathematician. So times have changed....
The inclusion of mobile phones and texting have changed this story considerably. I’m no longer sure the killer will be the same as in Turow’s book. Agree. Considering it a different story.
Another theory. Tommy did it because he was secretly in love with the other woman. He could have set it up also with the guy in jail to get the lawyer back for sending him to jail and the fact that he doesn’t like rusty
I think Tommy has something to do with it. Maybe Carolyn had an affair with him to and he got upset finding out she was sleeping with Rusty. Tommy then had connections with the other case. I dunno, just a thought
Sometimes I watch you guys just so I can hear your "What just happened, what just happened...." info .... brilliant! 🤣😂 not sure why you omitted it here
Wow great breakdown if a great episode. Really loving this show. So this is a TV version of the movie with Tommy Lee Jones and Harrison Ford ?? I really want that shirt but can’t come up with anything better than what you his have said so far so I’m gonna have to hold off and process this more. Seems that Caroline’s son and Rusty’s wife would be suspects one and two respectively but there’s this thing tying this murder to the murder of this bunny woman who these two people can’t have any connection to (well maybe the wife does but unlikely) so that person would seem to me to be the most likely suspect other than Rusty. I’m guessing we’ll find out that Tommy the lawyer will be that person and his connection to this case has to be Caroline rejecting him for Rusty. His boss (Mr. Marbles) was saying how Tommy said now I’ll get all the girls after his promotion…… must’ve not done so well with the ladies in the past
Maybe Tommy did it. He’s hiding evidence. He’s also extremely jealous of Rusty. Who knows maybe he had a thing for the victim as well that could have sent into a jealous rage when he possibly became aware of her with someone else. He probably had access to the crime scene photos and details of the previous crime that was eerily similar to killing. That could be motive and opportunity. She apparently knew the assailant, no signs of a break in.
My theory is that Kyle had a duscussion with her about the affair. Acidentally killed her. Then his mother saw it and make it looks like the previous murder did it, tô protect her son.
The son might have did it!! Kyle is too nervous acting and asking about a 8 year plea. But my wife has been saying the wife did it all three episodes so I might stick with her haha 😂. Either someone got to the guy in jail and he set it up or the two sons did it after they found out their mom and dad were both cheating. Kids can be murderers (defending Jacob)
Since is again based on Scott Turows book my guess the ending will be the same. They are spending a lot of time on a lot of red herrings but it won’t change the ending of the book or the 1990’s movie. The _______ did it.
The real question is, if his sone did it, will he let him be charged or take the charge? That's the real question. I'm sticking by his wife and his son

I don't know why that never even crossed my mind

I saw the Movie and won't say who did it. But i agree i think they will change it for the show anyway

Awesome glad to hear this
Yea. I think it was the lawyer. He has a fear in his eyes when he was questioning the son
Another theory. Tommy did it because he was secretly in love with the other woman. He could have set it up also with the guy in jail to get the lawyer back for sending him to jail and the fact that he doesn’t like rusty
Yeaaaaa Tommy is my pick. He's such a prick tho that's probably why 😂
@@sceneinvaders😂 yeah he’s crazy

I like where your head is at!

😂 I love that - and I did say it! Restart the video I just checked and I def say it. That's our catchphrase for tv reviews 😂
@@sceneinvaders I heard YOU say it... I just didn't hear the montage... maybe I missed it! Either way... I love it! Keep up the good work!🏆

Great theory! You are certainly in the running for the shirt

Love this! He's my main suspect too - Dan

I like it a lot
"He's not going to get any hard evidence and he's just... an idiot" ROFL!🤣
😂 that's my take 😂

Love this, very true about Defending Jacob

We shall see!
What are we thinking? Why was Kyle there? New suspect?
I think STD's are flying around every
The real question is, if his sone did it, will he let him be charged or take the charge? That's the real question.
I'm sticking by his wife and his son
Good question
I can't believe nobody has mentioned the obvious - the butler did it.
😂 😂 thanks for this
But in a case like this there has to be another actual suspect.
Very true
I'm disappointed at the exclusion of the mathematician that was in the book and movie.
It's still early in the show, maybe they show up 🤷♂️
The wife is just to calm about everything
Yea that's suspicious
My suggestion, if you’ve never read the book or seen the movie, don’t read the comments!
I really just don't trust Tommy at all
Sammme here ⬆️
