They get to do shows that are closer to their own strengths and personalities. Trapp is a great host for Um Actually for instance, Total Forgiveness really let Ally do some ruthless things. Raphael turning out to be a pretty shy dude is honestly hilarious in shows like Break ng News and Rank Room too. Stuff like that.
Katie's best acting yet was in that "don't know what i want" sketch. I know it wasn't supposed to be too serious acting but even still it was almost actually believable.
My favourite I think was called "too personal sketches" or something that was about Katie showing how depressed she was through sketches suggestions and it was just freaking hilarious
