Regarding promotion it should be a decision taken by your management but if an equal competitive employee is there then they take more capable person please wait for 2 years of experience and then speak with your manager regarding promotion

As mentioned it depends on the performance of your work for the whole year and HR or POC recognition. Within on year promotion to a level ahead would be little bit difficult. But you can make a try asking your HR to promote you

I joined in Sep 2021as a fresher, I got promotion in Nov 22

As far as I know if you get promotion, from further years your hikes will be similar to the one you got promoted to
