An intermittent problem with the bike is the cc disengaging unexpectantly. On a trip from California to Iowa last summer, the cc did this at least four times; maybe more. I tell ya, it's a brown-trousers moment each time when you're going 80+ and the throttle totally drops. Good thing I have ninja skills, so I was able to maintain control. Supposedly this has been documented by a few riders on 'Strom forums. Surprised Suzuki hasn't addressed this.
