    I’m think this bike should come from the factory with 2 into 1 exhaust and equal size saddle bags.

      Unsemetrical (not sure if that’s a word or not) saddle bags are the dumbest thing since unsliced bread

    I’ve had my ST for over a year now and I love it more and more each ride.

    I just traded in my 2022 XL883 for a 2023 Low Rider ST this past week. Wanted one for the last year and finally made the leap. Love it so far and enjoyed your video!

      I’m about to do the same. 883 is great for beginners.. I just looked at the low rider st fast Johnny

    I love my ST. I will say from factory it felt like I was sitting on top of the bike and not in it. But after the forward controls and taller risers it feels more like I'm a part of the bike. Changing the windshield is definitely a must for trips.

    I went from an ‘18 Road Glide Special to a ‘22 ST. No regrets at all. Just finished a 3700mile road trip. Love this bike.

    Everyone complains about the bags but it doesn’t make a difference literally I have the ‘23 white sand pearl no on notices it unless I point it out they’re just focused on the fairing the 117 and the color (I have the white sand pearl)

    Such a cool bike mate.
    The ST models have the Screaming Eagle cvo performance cam in them. So if you stage 1 it you in effect get a free stage 2. As a result the difference between stock and stage 1 is massive on this particular bike.
    Hope you enjoy it 👍

      stages are for strippers not bikes

    I came from a 2019 sportglide, i had forward controls put on mine as i have long legs. The stock screen was horrible for me, but i changed it out for a small SG style screen and that works for me. The air cleaner is quite wide, but with long legs i can still hit the brake no worries. All in all it’s a great bike.

    Get some of these Howard Leight by Honeywell Maximum Lite Low Pressure Disposable Foam Earplugs. They make highway riding much more enjoyable. Somehow they are able to cut wind noise leaving the rest for you to enjoy. You can still hear the engine.

    I just bought this bike last Friday, I went from a rebel 500 , to this. My Insurance also skyrocketted, but that's okay, this bike is beautiful and amazing. I wish the bags were the same size, and like someone else said that they would have a 2 into 1 exhaust.

      @giovannifm หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@benvilla3754 initially it went up to 180 a month from my Rebel's which was 18 dollars a month, but after I put it in my insurance with the other vehicles I was able to get a discount to 80 a month.

    Cool content. I also own a sportster (and a Pan America). The Pan America has had reliability problems so I got one of these as a loaner for a large tour to the European 120th Anniversary event in Budapest. Something like 1000 miles (1600 km). That's been nearly a month now and I still think about the Low Rider ST every day all this time later. I think this will be my next cruiser. I even took it up to the legendary Furka pass in my home country of Switzerland and it did great. Power, lean angle, compact but not overly so. Fun bike.

    I own a 2022 Nighster fully tricked out, so I moved up to a 2023 Low Rider ST and I did a stage one and two right out of the box. Love the bike just have three things that should of been on the bike from the factory.
    1) Black levers on a all black bike
    2) LED turn signals
    3) the horn sounds like Vespa scooter. No upgrade from Harley or After market.

    Did you get a laydown plate holder yet? I installed the custom dynamics with led curved frame without drilling into the fender. Also I mounted my hoster to my risers using Ram Mount and a Surpa hoster.

  • @nhzxboi

    Is sort of funny. I just got a 2023 FXLRS. Love it. Coming from a 2006 R1, the wind seems like a big nothing. When I finally hit 200 miles, I tried a roll-on(6th gear) from 70 to 100 mph. The S takes a long time to get to 100. The thing is so fun and powerful down low but the R1 would be at 150 in the same time it takes the S to get to 100. Probably aerodynamics and HP. Even at 100, the wind didn't feel bad. I gotta get rid of the R1 soon. Too many motorcycles.

    wonder if would be stupid to trade my 21 ultra down to a 24 low rider st with trask turbo kit? its more money than my full dresser for sure and would be paying roughly 115$ more a month for the bike. I do ride passenger often but not long distance

    Nice bike, how was the dealership you dealt with? I’ve heard they can be real shady and tack on a bunch of extra fees at the end of the sale.

    What gun do you carry while motorcycling? Can any of the saddle bags contain a 16" rifle of some sort?

    • @BoomstickTacticalLLC
      @BoomstickTacticalLLC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I usually have a Glock 43 or 26. Unfortunately the bags aren’t big enough for a rifle.

    Mine really came alive at about 6000miles, I really dont feel the need to do engine work. Unusually for a Harley it really is a good enough bike in every way that you only add anything if you want to not because you have to.

    • @ozzie4306
      @ozzie4306 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry to upset everyone but the fact is the transmission and engine are tight from new with close tolerances causing extra friction. The bike deffinately accelerates better now and the fuel economy has improved by about 5% now it has freed up. Just my experience, take it or leave it.

    You might want to do some research on the Harley 10" windshield. I have talked to a couple different people that have it and says that it makes an annoying whistle while riding. Just something to think about.

    • @BoomstickTacticalLLC
      @BoomstickTacticalLLC  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yea, my latest video was on the 10” and it does make an annoying whistling noise. I also get more head buffeting on the highway.
