FYI Michigan cannot take an out of state license in lieu of bail. Your license is not owned by you, its owned by your state. Michigan has no authority over out of state licenses. Unfortunately legal or not they will just not hand it too you. What you have to do is ask them to call the main barracks of the state police for the state you reside in. When I went through this (I'm from NJ) the NJ state police ripped the Michigan police a new asshole, right on the speaker phone in front of me. It was hilarious.

normally if you are doing a little over and are in control of your veichle you won't get pulled over. It depends on the area on how much over the speed limit you are allowed.

the ticket is your temporary licence, they have all that in the system and will know when they run your name. You have to keep your copy of the ticket until you get your licence back.
You actually don't need to have your license on you to drive a car. So long as you are a licensed driver, they can look your information up in a couple of seconds. So the next time you forget your wallet at home and you're driving, don't sweat it you'll be fine.

If a cop wants to, 1 mph is the minimum speed over to issue a ticket. In Arizona the ticket is called Finite Waste. There is no points on your license and they don't tell your insurance. It's basically a legal bribe that says give us $70 and we won't tell anyone about this.

normally if you are doing a little over and are in control of your veichle you won't get pulled over. It depends on the area on how much over the speed limit you are allowed.

69 isnt even fast for a highway.... that was his point. In Texas and 90% of everywhere the speed limit is 70 or 80 on a highway. For it to be 55 on the interstate there is pointless and needs to be updated with modern standards

the ticket is your temporary licence, they have all that in the system and will know when they run your name. You have to keep your copy of the ticket until you get your licence back.

It's a bypass of his own personal insurance so he can just say all of his vehicles are normally in every day life for most a personal use car but just uses a group insurance rate for all of his so he can be in short term as wreckless as he wants and get away with it.
