Great video man. What exact size bolts and washers did you use? Id like to buy them ahead of time

What do you do with the brackets on the bottom? Did you have to modify them or do you have enough adjustment

Thank you very much for this very informative video. I just replaced my 2022 Sierra 3500HD grille with an AT4 grille, and of course there are no instructions for the replacement. So your video was very helpful. But as you noted, getting those corner moldings below the lights removed is a pain. I struggled with one for over an hour, and I finally realized that they don't need to be fully removed. All they need to do is flex out at the front a bit and the grille comes right out. To get the moldings to flex, just grab it at the bottom and pull to release the one front clip under the light. All of the side clips and 7mm screw can remain in place, as well as the wheel well molding. Once the corner moldings can flex, the grille can be pulled out at the bottom, then moved to one side to clear the molding, then the other side and out. It's very simple. I provided details on this web page: www.kawal.net/sierra.htm
Thanks again for the video. My comments pertain only to the grille removal.

Had my 2022 Sierra 2500 front chrome bumper replaced and the gaps are off and it’s sits off about 3/8” more on one side than the other. I guess not in the middle. Thanks for the video

I'm in the same boat... It's a 15mm hex head so I would guess it would be M10-1.25 or 1.5. Most M10 has a 16mm hex head. I'm going to remove one of the 15mm bolts from the support bar and measure the size and pitch. It should be the same as what is used on the support bracket.

Confirmed.. it's a M10x1.5 I used 60mm long. Probably could have use 50 or 55. The hex head was a 17mm not 15mm oem stock bolt.

Very informative video, but the camera skills make it pretty much unwatchable.
