This song has always been a fan favorite. What a great remake of "Ring Of Fire". It was first done on the "Sing Off" in 2013 & then later with Avi Kaplan. The visuals reminds me of "Fishin' In The Dark"/"Boondocks" (you may want to check that one out). Chance is a nice addition to this version. Of course love Tim's lows & Adam's awesome vocal percussion. I think he sounds even better this time.
Home Free’s library of songs/productions both covers and originals and include a vast array of genres has become incredible. It is just plain fun to review and realize their gifts and talents are over the top extraordinary. This group can simply stand tall amongst the industry vocalist peers (groups and gifted vocalists). They bring about an excitement intrigue wondering what they will produce for us today, near future and the years to come. They are not bound by a particular genre and whatever they produce you know it is going to be quality. Home Free produces at a high level of integrity and always amazing the interpretation both vocally and visually with their video presentation. Every individual in their vocal group is significant top-notch performer and each draws out the very best in each other. I always look with anticipation to their next release. Love them! Tim dropped a small earthquake with that one. Country? Yeah it’s from Johnny Cash so it’s country. They made it more of a reggae style version (their judges on the Sing Off wanted a change up for it). It’s different and I like it. Good to see you again!
Home Free announced Austin will be leaving in July and Adam Bastien Aka Bastien will be taking his place.
Bastien used to sub for one of the tenors when Home Free first started and also was a member of Chris Rupp's group 7th Ave
Bastien will be doing his first concert with Home Free at The Grand Ol Opry July 31

It seems that so many people seem to forget that Tim can super high, too an Chance really low as well and are always surprised when it happens. It's awesome!
I love Home Free and their incredible harmonies. For me, no a cappella group is more on point with the harmonies and I love their arrangements. They are my favourite group (an I don't differentiate between music with or without instruments).

It's good to see you reacting to HF again!! But I don't think you need to be in a country mood to listen to HF - they do so many types of music. And they are definitely good for my mental well being.
Trucks - I know Austin drives a blue Toyota Tacoma, it's maybe 6 years old. Chance did have an older El Camino, but I don't know if he still has it or not. Other than that, your guess is as good as mine.
They introduced that reggae beat into the song when they did it on the Sing Off. They were afraid that people would be pissed that they messed with a classic, but everyone liked it. They have been singing this in every show since then. And now they have arranged it so that Chance can take part of the lead, too, and show off his bass abilities - because a lot of people have no idea how bass-y he is.
Don't stay away so long this time!! You are loved, you are important, you are VERY special and it is so nice to see you again.
