No multi-million dollar facilities, no fancy strength and conditioning, no Victor Conte or Dennis Mitchell type drug barons, just simple technical work and biomechanical training. On a poorly cared for field nonetheless! Fascinating what this little island achieves!
You hating but it's a cheap place in one of the world's poorest countries. Barely any doctors. Never anyone within the camp has been cited for PED use under Mills. But of course White people cannot acknowledge greatness without demeaning the athletes. Meanwhile Dennis Mitchell has served a doping ban for steroids and was caught offering them to British journalists. Bobby Kersee barely even has his athlete's run!@@mevert87
I would suggest sound editting before posting. I could not hear what they were doing or gauge the sequence and time between each discipline. If u going to post clips on such high profile athletes at least take the time and effort in detailing the session and quality as well. All the best in future endeavours
Running with weight vests has been shown to be inferior to running while pulling a sled. It can be useful for lunges, step ups, jumps and other strength and explosive training exercises

It's mainly training neural pathways for power and explosiveness. The point isn't to directly train the muscles themselves (as in hypertrophy or strength training), but the movement.

they train on the grass becaus its good for the knees and it also easier to run on the track after you have trained a lot on the grass
if they train on the grass they wont have preblem with the shin spilts, and they can train harder without any problem

its called a weighted vest and it will make u faster
It just adds resistance. Running with a weighted vest is the most specific form of resistance training for a sprinter.
