The guy spoke about speed endurance and I think that’s great. In the 100m it’s all about great acceleration to top speed and maintaining that top speed for as long as possible (Usain Bolt)
the funny thing is that the guy in yellow is Keston Bledman. The fastest of them three, i dont know why they dont mention him. I believe he has 9,86 in the 100m
That's bledman my ex teammate and rival. And yes he made Olympics in 2008,2012 and 2016 he got gold in 08 , silver in 12 and finalist in 16 and also a world champion silver medalist and other multiple medals hes superb
Yeah the meaning of that kind of robot technique is due to the lactic acid. We sprinters used to have low assimilation for the series of more than 150 meters. And with a short rest that is the hell for us..it boost our lactic acid and then we start to run like ducks lol.
Why do you think it is that they look like very average sprinters? Have a look at how robotic in the shoulders Bracy looks! Maybe he did a heavy weights workout the day before or something which made him super tight.
gothops Yeah Bracey looks trashed, shoulders tight, legs heavy, his back is locking out, etc, etc. Ashmede is definitely a level above, but they both looked rough.
Finally all of that work place Bracy to WCH silver. It is good to see the guy who always run smhng about 10 flat and finally he make an a big improvement 👀
The 200m time looks very suspect. Like the speed appeared slower than it might be for a 21.6. Maybe seeing it in person is different. Nice tips though, thanks. Edit: hand times it looks like.
Good Footage that was intense training ask most US pro athletes to run those kinds of sprints they would pass out especially on the first 150m and not at full speed. Marvin Bracy, Go Gators!
If he jogged a 21.8 200 meter then he should be a marathon runner because that's roughly a 75 minute marathon time. The world record in the marathon is just under 2 hours so he completely destroys that if he's jogging a 21.8 200 meter. What could he sprint 200 meters, Like 18.8 seconds? As far as I know Usain Bolt still holds the world record at 19.19 seconds for 200 meters so I don't know what the deal with that is. Why doesn't he go break the world record if he can just jog a 21.8 200 meter time. That's incredible.
Ну и че это за работа все должно быть рано или чуть быстрее предыдущего, а первые отрезки они несуться а вторе третьи серии заваливают 150 за 19.0 при начале 16
Respect to the sprinters but their workouts pale in comparison to the grinding hard work of middle distance and long distance runners...not even close.
They ran a 21.6 like it wasn't nun
This guy just jogged a 21.8
You’re telling me they just beat my school 200 record on a jog...
Braedon Dressel ahaha the same impression
I cant even run sub22 as my PB but these guys do it in training ahaha. amazing
that 21.6 probably 22.2 electronicly which is amazing but marvin has no stamina :D

Endurable Planet I'm a freshmen n run a 10.91
12 is actually just a moderately fit young guy in highschool

You are close. Depends on the day. Main thing is to get the heart rate up and deal with the lactic acid.
I can probably sneak below 12 second 100 meter barely sprinting just some jogging but when I sprint all out 100 meter I struggle running after
What was the actual workout? 200, 100, 100, 150, 150 ? Thanks!
I love the music. Obviously the sprinters too!!
Just watching those guys there, if I did not know who they were, I would never have guessed that they are both world class sprinters!!
gothops I know!! I'm sprinter also!!

in training running 16 is very good they have 15 max 150 you can know they are elite
If Bracy would have made the Indy Colts team, he would have become the fastest man in NFL history at 9.93.
sydboski Jacoby Ford is now, correct? 9.97
Ford's best legal time is 10.01.
My Cuz showing how it's done!
This song slaps hard. Shazam didn't help me out too much though..

Ashmeade would be much faster if he was training with his old schoolmate Blake...I don't see him pushing himself in this camp.
