Hi. Are you smoking, vaping and or drinking? You don't have to answer out loud, but be aware how unhealthy many habits are in both young and old. Young people like yourself rarely take their health seriously until something serious comes along. Proactive diet is also just as important as refraining from dangerous substances, as is exercise. I'm often surprised how many of these kinds of videos leave that last important factor out. Stagnant blood imho is one of the most dangerous habits a human, or any mammal can acquire. I'm 49 and have done it all as a youth- not proud, but just warning. I went for a three mile run yesterday after not getting any cardio exercise in months, and already today my thyroid feels better. We need to get our blood moving, including exercise which gets our stagnant, low oxygen blood out of our extremities, and replaced with freshly oxygenated blood via the lungs and heart. In October, I had developed Strept Throat & went to doctors. (Got antiobotics) The doctor noticed that my thyroid was swollen. He told me to get blood tests done on my thyroid (it came out normal!😊) Also he told me told me to get Ultra Sound, so i did... They found 3 nodules!! The left lobe has a tiny 0.50 cm nodule. But my right lobe has a 1.2 cm nodule & a 1.7 cm (T4) So they want me to get a FNA biopsy on the 1.7 cm nodule. I have an appointment December 8th to get the procedure done, but i have Bronchitis now. I might have to reschedule it?? Anyhow, ive been panick attacks about getting the procedure done. I was told they use lidocaine shot on the neck to numb it, but im still scared just how painful it would be? 😢 anyone please give me more details about procedure.

Hi - Yes, I've thought abou this. the problem with veggie caps and thyroid disease is that they are made from alginate (seaweed) and often high in iodine.
I have 2 nodules one is large like 6.8 cm the other one is 3 cm the 3 cm is suspicious for 15-30 percent.. in waiting for a new endo and new surgeon soon.. coz I have symptoms already bcoz of my large nodule

Spirulina is expensive here in Switzerland so I do a cure of one box (not all at the same time, between three to six tablets a day) every couple of months. Boswellia I take when I remember, which is not every day. I hope this helps. I'm no expert ☺️
Well, I saw this video one year ago and started taking this supplement every day since and I just got an ultrasound and my nodules actually got a little bigger 😞

Would this help for hyperthyroidism? I have a 6 cm nodule and an additional 2 cm on same side. Tsh in the hyper range. Not too bad but in that range.
