I've been fearing something like this ever since Jerry died. It was great to get what we got in '96, I don't think I'd trade the four (or fifth/6th as in Vince and Bruce) and others doing a tour every other year and random shows if not more than the almost last 30 getting what we got. Too much disarray and eventual problems/issues to let anything "magical" happening. Some great playing at FTW, but I don't think that they were on fire as much as 2002 and I'm sure 2003, some good playing 2004, but I wasn't their to see how the music and everything felt. 2009, just wasn't feeling it with the little I was at or heard. Unfortunately, not until 2015 again with these 4. Even if they were going to play again they would've needed more than the 4, and one supposedly didn't like sax so guitar and keys needed, Graham(e)? on guitar or one of 2. Billy Strings as a 3rd? really unfortunate, but I'd like these guys and a mix of certain others still to do something. They aren't getting younger, none of are.
