If your laptop is under 40,000 Rs then it's common because the version of bluetooth in your laptop is must be version 4.0 , and it's so common that this version doesn't connect easily, you can change the hardware of bluetooth to upgrade it from v 4.0 to v5.0 but it will cost you around 4500 rs so i would suggest you to buy bluetooth adapter of version 5.0 and please buy bluetooth of cost from 200-500 don't go for the cheap other wise your issue will always be an issue 🤣
