HRH Catherine, the Princess of Wales, was wearing the Wings of an RAF Pilot on her coat. This is the first time I've seen her wearing it. However, this is the first time I've seen Prince William wear the Officers Uniform & Greatcoat of The Blues & Royals Cavalry Regiment. Normally, he wears the Officer of the RAF Uniform. An article in the Daily Mail a few years ago, suggested that the 3 Poppies worn was indicative of Those Fallen in the Past, those fallen in the present year from 12th November the year before, until the 11th November this Year, & those to fall in the future. I don't know that that's correct either. The most sensible reason I've heard, is that the 3 Poppies, were symbolic of those fallen in the Three Services of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom, The RN, the Senior Service, The British Army & The RAF. Which sounds the most Plausible.

The Queen three layer pearl necklace is shorter but princess of Wales have big pearl necklace, but Princess Anne necklace is similar to Queen so i believe Queen's famous pearl necklace pass down to princess Anne not Cathrine, Cathrine wore Queen mother three layers of pearls necklace i suppose

I thought it looked the Queen Mum's pearls not the Queen's which are 3 strand. The Queen Mum's was 2 strand.

You are Correct. Many of QE2s Personal Meaningful & Favourite pieces of Jewellery, were bequeathed Directly to Anne, The Princess Royal. The British Monarchy has an unusual way of defining the Royal Jewels.
The 1st Collection is The Crown Jewels. This consists of The Crowns, Scepters, Orbs, Swords that make up the Jewels of State. Not all these are necessarily old or belonged to the Kings & Queens for who they were named. For instance, many pieces of The Crown Jewels were broken up or the Stones were removed & Sold, during Oliver Cromwell's Quasi Republican Position as Lord Protector of England. So in 1660, when Parliament offered the Throne of England to Charles ll, he was not able to be Crowned King until 1661, as there no Crowns or Scepters. They had to be reconstructed to enable a Coronation to occur. Various Sovereigns before him had also stripped Jewels & pieces of Jewellery to raise Funds for War or other purposes. This Collection does not belong to the Royals, but to The United Kingdom & may not be sold or any part be sold, under the terms of the Constitutional Monarchy, by The Sovereign or the State. If the United Kingdom was to ever become a Republic, the New Government would need to decide what to do with them. They could be retained & put into a Museum as Historically Significant or they may be sold to enlarge the Country's Coffers.
The 2nd Collection is The Royal Jewel Collection. These are made up of Historically Significant pieces of Jewellery, Precious Stones & items that have come down from Monarch to Monarch & are considered too Important & too Valuable to be Worn. They are never Worn & never open to Public View. The Reigning Monarch is considered to be the Custodian of these Priceless Artifacts, which includes The 'B' Necklet which belonged to Anne Boleyn, QE1's Famous Black Pearls, Katherine of Aragon's Rosary & a Collection of Holy Relics Confiscated from Churches, Cathedrals & Abbeys during Henry Vlll's Reformation, to name a few.
The 3rd Collection is known as The Collection. This Consists of Jewellery that have been deemed to be Worn only by Queens & Queen Consorts & no one else. They belong to the People of the UK, but are not allowed to be sold. The Govt. or The Crown are the Trustees & they are held in trust on the understanding that The Monarch has a perpetual right, as written in the Articles of Constitutional Monarchy.
Now we get to QE2's Collections, She had 3. The 1st was her Personal Collection. These are pieces that were given to her by her Grandparents George V & Queen Mary, her Parents George Vl & Queen Elizabeth & her Husband Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh. There are also Special Pieces that were Gifted by other Royal Persons for Significant Reason, such as Wedding Gifts. It includes Tiaras, Parures (Sets of Jewellery), Ear rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings, Watches & Brooches. These Particular Pieces were exclusively worn by her.
The 2nd was her Private Collection. These were the same as her Personal Collection, but less meaningful to her & pieces she would Gift to Family on a permanent basis, on the understanding that if they left the Family or died, they would be Returned. Or would allow them to be borrowed for special reasons. This was the Collection that she would allow Brides to choose a Tiara from for their Wedding Day, if they didn't own 1.
The 3rd Collection was the General Pool Jewellery, that every Royal Family Lady was allowed to choose from & Borrow. It was & probably still is an eclectic mix of all Jewellery. Some were gifts, some were inherited, some were pieces brought in Youth that were no longer seen as acceptable for a Middle Aged or Senior Lady. The one thing every piece had in common was that it was expensive, top Quality & had no Sentimental value. Every Queen has added to this Collection & it's passed down intact to the next Queen.
I would think, QE2's 1st Collection would have been Bequeathed To Princess Anne in its Entirety. Parts of her 2nd Collection would also go to Anne, with Separate Bequeaths to her daughters in law, Granddaughters & Great Granddaughters. The remainder & the 3rd Collection would go to Camilla.
Catherine, the Princess of Wales, got a Secondary Pearl Necklace from the Queens 1st Collection & another Pearl Choker with an Oval Central Stone, that can be Changed to 5 Separate Stones in the Centre (Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald & Opal), She wore it to Prince Philips Funeral & has worn it several times Since, which may have even been given to her on Permanent Loan & it's now hers permanently.

Being the mother of three young children plus the numerous roles she must play as a working Royal has to be extremely stressful.
