I recently realized that I was living in my masculine. I grew up being encouraged to play lots of sports and to be a provider and not rely on a man and it now feels good stepping into my power as a woman. It feels as though this has been the missing puzzle piece in my whole life so I'm basically retraining my brain. Thank you so much for you videos you're absolutely amazing and love the way you explain things.

Your videos are literally life changing for me. I grew up with lots of negative preconception about femininity, motherhood, and ability to procreate, mainly because of my mother. I was the child resulting from unwanted pregnancy and my mom would talk very negatively about getting pregnant with me. That really affected my perception of what it is like to be a female. Also, within my household, everything was pretty much focused on my Dad which made me fear entering into a relationship with a male. I saw a relationship as something that takes the vitality and energy away from female. Only last year after I have completely cut all ties with family, I really started to see how the relationship with my mom and the family dynamic influenced my view on femininity. Throughout my 20’s my body has been sending me lots of signs but I ignored all of them. I think I was attracted to your video because I felt like it was time for me to find that lost balance again. Thank you so much for this.

Found your channel yesterday and I am so happy about it, I immediately sent a video of yours to some girlfriends. For years I have only attracted feminine men, I knew I was giving of more maskulin vibes, but I had no idea how to not to 😅. Found out about feminine energy a few months ago and I am already feeling a lot better, but it is very difficult to let go of the control and the urge to always be achieving something. Receiving makes me feel vulnerable. And vulnerability makes me feel unsafe 😅 Long journey ahead, glad to have your videos by my side!

I have to support myself and work I don't have time for all girly things even though I would like. Being feminine takes time and effort and you have to consciously focus on that. Anyway, I think you're doing a great job Jillz! Wish you only the best!

There is so much to being feminine besides putting time and effort into girly things. You can access deeper parts of your feminine simply by asking yourself how you connect more with your inner feminine in the moment. How sit, talk, drive...it can all be feminine.

God created us uniquely for His purpose. We are living it. Experiencing it, right now. The present really is a gift. I agree with what this message says when it says we feel our best when we are more ourselves. Being ourselves is the gift to the world. Everyone else is a gift to us. If we truly respected the fact, the truth, that everything we're experiencing is a gift to us, everything is being used by God for good, everything is for our benefit. Because that is how God rolls. We must love God to love ourselves. May we all be true to ourselves, and eventually, everywhere we look, we will see and feel pure joy because that's what it feels like to be in the presence of God, confident, alive, awake, aware, present, paying attention, resting, trusting in God. All the good news

  • @amiegamble1678

I'm a single mom and I have been for 15 + years. The first couple of years I didn't really date. (Taking care of a newborn and taking the time to make sure I was physically and mentally ready for a relationship, after I got out of a controlling relationship w a cheater.) I can see It's how I unintentionally carry myself that puts some guys off. I'm generally an easy going friendly woman. I don't put up w bs, and I'm not into hookups. Between my work schedule and having a kid, my life hasn't had a ton of free time. Most of my free time I've used for myself.
One thing I've noticed is I cross my arms a lot. I've just always found it more comfortable. I'm not trying to send out "back off" vibes. I can't figure out how to hold my arms or hands without feeling super awkward. That I'm sure affects my energy I send out too. I haven't really been able to find some videos about how one should carry ourselves. Do you recommend any?

I had all of these signs a few years ago. I'm convinced it's one of the main reason why I was extremely depressed.
9:35 It really was soul-crushing. I was at rock bottom during my degree study because I put so much attention to achieving high results. When I failed to get 4flat, I felt like I failed as a human being. My god! It was the most masculine years of my life and I hated it. 5 years later I've healed from my depression. I've healed A LOT of my childhood trauma too :)

Emotional vulnerability is one of our feminine strengths right? What is the best response to the wounded feminines who tell us 'you are too emotional and need to find a way to deal with ur vulnerability' ..for years i use to feel bullied and weak by these comments until i came across the feminine vs masculine polarity. Your videos have been so helpful, Jill.! 💖

My trouble with #1 burnout is how do you stop the expectation to push through no matter what when the world doesn’t give you a choice meaning masculine formed deadlines and intrusive people? I’d hate to have a feminine day to myself when it means ex. I could lose my job. It seems like the women around me are not in line with themselves so they are not accommodating to this and men don’t show any sensitivity to this everyone just thinks you’re being weak.

I’m a trans woman, and I also have PTSD from serious childhood trauma.
I’ve slowly been getting better at being in my feminine energy, but for me it’s incredibly difficult. There are obvious differences in the way that I was raised as a boy. I was taught that my feelings were not of any value whatsoever and that achievement was all that mattered. Also abuse trauma as a child made me live a lifetime in fight or flight.
Another key struggle I’m having is the lack of hormone cycle. I’m trying to talk to an endocrinologist about emulating a cycle because as it stands I spend 100% of my time in an ovulatory phase hormonally. Which would coincide with being quite driven I would think, and make it very easy to be in the masculine.
I’ve worked through the TBM system much like Jillz has I’m sure but couldn’t find any support there . In fact I seemed to be the only person of transgender experience. I understand that people are probably going to suggest that I’m not a real woman, because this is TH-cam. But I know that being a feminine woman is my path because my heart has always desired it.
I see myself now as a pioneer. Someone who is breaking new ground trying to figure these things out so that other feminine trans women may some day also have a better experience.
I’ve come up against a ton of resistance. From religion, society, family and my feelings have always constantly been invalidated. I’ve always been seen as “other”, of “less value” and “not enough”. Overcoming inferiority to live authentically is a difficult challenge for me and I’m grateful to have as much universal support as I’ve had.
I do believe that I stumbled across your work when I needed it most and I will always be grateful for the help you have given me Jillz.

Jill what if we end up attracting wounded masculines or abusive and agressive like men, scolds us with bad words and get triggered easily no matter how kind and politely we try to explain things? Be it friends or soulmates...how do we handle this and what should i work on more?

Thank you Jillz I feel that my issue is the 3rd one and often comes up in my relationships. My partners say I am too aggressive and pushy in terms of seeking out physical attention from them, its a terrible cycle of me feeling rejected and them feeling all I care about is sex. I was brought up to think its all men wanted but I see in adult like that is not true and that they are more sensitive than I thought. However this may be because I am often in my masculine energy when it comes to my approach in sex. How can I change this?

First of all , u guys should stop defining personality traits as masculine and feminine. These are just traits okay?Being in control gives u power, and a if person doesn't like power then what can I say!! Just say u guys aren't able to handle power and aren't comfortable. But the problem is everything you guys aren't comfortable with ,u guys label them as masculine! That's how u people turned all the good stuffs into male stuffs. And If someone thinks she is good without any success, success is secondary to her ..then okay she is good . 👍 .Lol

I was in a relationship and I didn't know how to express my feelings.. not in words but my ex didn't feel it was real.. and he was right because I suddenly realised that I cannot express my emotions with my body.. eyes.. face.. even with others
I sometimes feel like a robot talking
kinda embarrassing to say that but is it because of my masculine energy?

    • @JillzGuerin
      @JillzGuerin  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Those things will help but it sounds like you're just uncomfortable using your voice...this might sound weird but try writing first. If you're upset about something, write down how you feel and everything you're thinking. And you can choose to share that with the person or just use it as a way to gather your thoughts. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of practice. Just focus on how you feel + why 😊
