Mixing in mono is great I do it all the time. Another cool trick with that is to turn off one of your monitors and listen through only one of them. That helps me hear the flaws in my mix even more clearly. Also, the UAD Apollo is another great interface that has a mono button right there, super convenient. Love the production videos!
Thanks for that tip... Just an fyi your breaths are so loud in the video that it sounds like you have really bad COPD. I'm guessing it's from a compressor 😊
