Ah, yes. Another interesting game portraying an alternate universe. It might not have been the best compared to AAA titles, but the campaign was very unique. I got chills when the ME262’s did a flyby at the beginning and even more when NY was falling apart.

And interesting note, in 2008, Codemaster ,the Fall of Liberty's publisher, was involved searching for the descendant of the the driver, who was the one struck Churchill by accident, to honor his contribution to history and they did found of his whereabouts, which he died in 1989.

This scenario is criminally unexplored in gaming and media. And I don’t mean an axis victory, or an occupied US. I mean the invasion itself. This is one of the only games which shows such a scenario

This game was the most *alright* game I’ve ever played. The enemies were dumber than bricks and the layouts were confusing at times. But there was never a point where I said “fuck it, this game is shit, I’m out”. If your bored and got nothing better to do, then it’s worth a play. Just don’t expect it to be the Mona Lisa.

Honestly, I kind of wonder how an FPS or RTS game would look if the history is this: Churchill is killed, as he is here. Second, both Pétain and Chamberlain surrender without a fight (almost happened IRL). Then, Stalin joins the Nazis, and after helping the German army secure Europe, helps Germany and Italy, along with Japan, invades the US on both coasts, using Mexican and other Central American allies to boost manpower. Other than the length of time to manufacture transports and to get the Italian Navy up to speed, I could see it happening.
I remember when this came out, when i was in high school and watching a game magazine, full of new games like first assasin's creed, fifa 2009... and i saw a picture of Nazi invasion of this game.

The weapons are giving me a Resistance: Fall of Man vibe for the German weaponry. It’s based upon weapons we know of, but advanced.
Well...that was the point. There basically Germans real world weapons from ww2, but upgrades to 1952 standards. Example: the MP-50, Gewhr-47, etc.

Zeppelins also showed up in "The Saboteur" from Pandemic Studios. You could really only destroy them if you had a Panzershreck or a tank.

Churchill did almost nothing apart from refusing to surrender to Germany, his military interference was as bad as Stalin's. Apparently extending the war by 12 months lol
@@AFGuidesHD yah I mean I sometimes think Britain’s struggle during BoB gets exaggerated. Germany made crap decision essentially guaranteeing British Victory . Germany’s defeat during WW2 was more or less guaranteed , best they could do was to extend the war .Albeit can you drive into detail about these mistakes?

Lol I remember playing this on the Xbox 360 when i was in grade school. Never got pass the MG part cause i didnt know what the hell to do after. Plus is it just me but who thought it was a good idea for some random construction worker to suddenly stop and entire Nazi invasion?
