Just found out you have a TH-cam channel! Awesome man. I love you and Ewan’s adventures. I agree about the Pan America. Pretty outstanding for a first go Adv bike!
Owner issues & comments, found the OE H-D battery weak, leading to starting and electronics issues, replaced that and the replacement AGM battery is noticeably better at holding decent voltage, starting and electronics much more reliable; passenger grab rails and small rear rack are formed of plastic, with plastic mountings, which broke, replaced that with aftermarket metal rack. Watch type battery in the remote ignition fob failed in under a year, key not detected by bike, replacement battery fixed it. Great bike to ride, fast, super comfy when you want it to be and can also be hustled along nicely when the road conditions permit, despite the 275kg kerb weight. Suspension settings, I find the comfort setting too soft and the sport setting a little too hard, suspension is better when the balanced setting is selected within the individual mode A or B; then you can choose to select a softer touring mode, or more focused for A & B road riding, this works pretty well. You can't adjust the compression or rebound parameters of the suspension damping within the individual modes, which would allow more individual tweaks to be made to the handling. Pity. Ride safe. SIOM.
I don’t know what it is, but you really sold me on this Harley! I love the look, especially with those aftermarket lights and seat cover. Just looks amazing. Might have to pick one up over my other front runners….
Really like watching all your content, looking forward to your future output! Thank you Charley, watching you has got me now back riding again after many years ! So much fun riding these days, especially with the new technology enhancements. Thanks again Charley! And a thanks to Ewan too!
Great review Charlie. I find it interesting that adventure tourer riders get goofy about the weight of the bike..I seldom see adventure bikes over here in Canada that look like they have ever been off the tarmac..😂
Looks a capable machine and a good first attempt at an Adventure bike by Harley. It's got stiff competition from the GS, KTM Super Adventure and new Triumph Tiger 1200. Headlight arrangement is the thing that most puts me off. Good luck with the channel 👍
Great stuff. I have this bike and love it. Where did you get that seat net thing. I have not been able to find one for the bike. Or is it something custom?
I have a PA and after 10k miles I agree with all you say on it. The electronics have been problematic at times but more than a nuisance than anything else. Where can I get a cool seat like you show in the video? Thanks!
Well, I'm a Harley Davidson guy. If I was in the market I would definitely give the PA some consideration. I just came across your channel actually and I'm happy to support you and other fellow motovloggers. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you in the future ; keep up the great work and ride safe out there ...
Well done Charley, good review I'm very interested in this particular bike so to me a very welcome video, I think it's the best looking Harley Davidson and will book a test ride.
I enjoyed watching your interesting review. I met a guy at Bike Night last year who had a new Pan American. His had Harley orange coloring, and looked stunning. The lack of a 21’ front wheel on this bike is a mistake, but, I suppose most Pan American riders will rarely go off-road. Thanks for the contend, and I’ll be looking for more. Happy Trails!
Hey there back when it works its great i have the PAS 2022 the ARH is constantley staying up one has to stop wait or either delete the codes then it works .I have Don Performace mapping in on the dyno it helps with the starting procedure for some reason still whines though like a diva she is.If it was;nt for the glitches it would be a keeper now after 11,000 km in 3 months i am not sure those kilometers have lot,s of stops in them.Thank you for your review . Abo done keep up the good work.
The adventure Market is a bunch of posters just the way Harley is with their fake outlaw bikers. People were going around the world long before they invented Adventure bikes. Let's see how expensive it is to fix the bike after it falls down in the dirt the first time.
Test rode a Special today! Only real complaint was the engine sound, reminded me of a tractor (after market muffler needed) - Expensive also, but overall nice bike.
I like how they went their own way. And no beak.
Ignore the looks, they’re a great bike off road. Road one on knobblies on the indoor off road course at the NEC. I was deeply impressed.
Spot on video this Charley could listen to you talk about bikes for hours, hope theres more to come!

Great review Charlie + the motion shots from Luke and overall high production values made this short film stand out from the standard review vids....)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Charley! Harley has done an incredible job bringing this to the market, looking forward to the 9series to come soon!
Definetly getting Long way up vibes here... I sense a new season... maybe? lol
Glad to see you Charley, hope to see many more motorcycle oriented videos to come. Cheers!
Great review, looks like a great bike. It’s awesome to see Charlie doing reviews on TH-cam 🏁

Great revue mate. I'd be hard pressed to leave my Buell Ulysses but this motor would look nice parked beside it.
Cheers....

Cool covers Ledbury

My 2023 PA broke down at 800 miles. Also the kickstand needs work because the bike fell on its own and got all scratched up.
Great video, thanks
It looks like the pinnacle of ICE bikes. Nice review, thanks for sharing 😃!
Is this bike inspired by the bikes you rode on long way up ?

Awesome! Love the channel. I love the new 120 platform. The SportsterS is a great looking bike.
amazing video man, big fan!
Great review!
Thanks!

I almost bought one (deposit down and everything), but in the end I went KTM.
I think this is what they call damning with faint praise.
I win! Subscriber 481! Wow, wonder what I won...maybe a ride with Charlie?

Good review pal but those ugly looks naa so ugly
