Just watched the tomato ketchup episode of 4 years ago. Tried to stay away but am drawn to your kindness and goodness. Ordered your cookbook just a few days ago via Amazon, should arrive tomorrow. Thank you so much for this recipe! I have gotten to the point where I no longer like store-bought ketchup. IT DOES taste like a dessert topping and not a flavor enhancer. Why do food manufacturers mess up food like they do nowadays?? 😒 Thankfully, we have a wonderfully brilliant fellow (Kevin Lee Jacobs), who is kind enough to share recipes, tips and techniques to help the rest of us live better and eat better! I've seen a couple recipes for homemade ketchup before, but most of them seemed to be recreations of the storebought stuff. I should try making this sometime!
