Yeah, higher elevations will definitely cause the temperatures to fluctuate! Having the right gear helps tremendously. I find that a jacket with a zip out liner and a good base layer can do the job in some situations like that. The temperature has really dropped here on the east coast, but I have the gear to keep my Rebel CMX1100 DCT cruising through it comfortably and warm. I’m seriously considering heated grips, but my “Batwing Fairing” helps to keep a lot of the cold air off of my hands and chest. I wish your ride video was a little longer, stay safe! 😎🇺🇸✌️
Thank you @SWATT101 .. Tail Of The Dragon is definitetly a road I want to do. The best one near me is Macquarie Pass which has dozens of tight bends over about 5 miles. But from the videos I have seen nothing looks as epic The Tail Of The Dragon. :>)
36 deg is a mouthfull. If you want it a bit more decent, come here to the Philippines. Our temps at the moment are about 28 deg, if the sun is not shining. 🤣 Your tour reminded me of a winding and steep road from Taal lake up to Tagaytay City, south of Manila. A nice challenge for the Rebel 1100.

Thanks for the message @RollWithSoul317 about to post a longer video from the same hot ride wearing my summer vented jacket in the next day or so. :>)
Kinda reminds me of the "tail of the dragon" in the Carolinas, US.

Thank you. Yeh the Rebel loves twisty mountain roads with lots of corners and elevation. It feels and sounds brilliant on such roads. I love it. :>)
