So nostalgic! I think I need to reread it, and soon. I felt similarly as you do about The Stone Sky. Kinda icky, a little unsettling, but addictive nonetheless.

It taught me so much 🥹 Yeah I want to read more, ad don't want to put it down, but it's a really challenging read at the same time.

I never get tired of Japan's countryside views 😍 It's a brain twister for sure! But I loved how much it got e thinking and the ending was great! Would highly recommend but I don't think it's available in English outside the collection. I just finished the 4th novella in Vo's series and it was FANTASTIC. So far the 1st and 4th are the standouts in my opinion, but the whole thing is worth reading :) Thank you for watching Johanna! 💕

Like... is the sky bigger over there or something? 🤣 Gorgeous! Also, heck yes for Nghi Vo, those novellas are exceptional! So there's a lot more space than usual! So that's actually an incredibly astute observation 😉 I finished Mammoth at the Gates two days ago and completely agree!! The best in the series so far with Empess in a close second. I LOVED Vo's exlanation of grief and change. Sending love right back to you 💕
