@Dronis FPV This 500-drone New Year Countdown Event in Singapore was organised by Star Island Japan. Star Island's technical director Yoshida Takumi conceptualised the performance. He has a 30-strong team behind this.
China also has her own drone display teams. They have done much bigger displays with 2000 drones.
Drone shows are the next future just watch. Less Firework. Less pollution. Think about it.

I 'd like them to leave the beaches & oceans alone ! This should be performed at the beaches in the future instead ! They should come up w/ the univeral regulations regarding fireworks uses ! 💜💜💜💜💜

And it pollutes the air & water ! Although they are truly spectacular to watch ! So...I'm hoping that some day soon , they'll start to controll the amount of fireworks per event & not allowed on the beaches ! And they'll use drones & lasers & holograms ! So , that it won't pollute much like we do now still ! And it looks like Chinese contries are leading the way once again ! It's a very good feeling as the fireworks came from China originally ! Intel pioneered the idea of Drone Light Shows sometimes in 2016 with 100 drones. They went on to make bigger and bigger shows. Well Intel is currently one of the industry leaders of drone display, although it was an Austrian institute that first pioneered it (in 2012). It's not like the US is falling behind in innovation.

These things happen in cycles. There was a time in the past when the east was ahead in scientific innovation. British empire used to be a superpower once. USA still leads by a huge margin, but eventually someone else will take the place.
