    Is it possible to automatically fill in the fields for address after the postal code is filled in?

      Hello! Yes, this is definitely possible. You can trigger a script to use that Postal code to query a 3rd party API (we often use a service called SmartyStreets) that can respond with the State/City information for that postal code

      @@Zenatta Thanks for the fast reply. I noticed this works via Zoho Flow but when I explore the gallery Im unable to see/find Smartystreets. It this a seperate feature that needs a subscription?

    When I click on the CRM icon under tickets, it does not take me to the full CRM. Any suggestions?

    One of my agents signed up to try this more than two years ago. After not getting the support that he needed, I tried to cancel it. They (Zoho) are still taking the money out of my account now ! I have been begging them to cancel and stop taking money from me. I do not have access to the email account they are referring to so they have not canceled my account yet. I have been trying for years. Please, if someone knows how to help me, please. I do not want to get a lawyer. It has been more than 2 years and I just saw another debit!!!

      Drop the details into Club Zenatta (email address, account name, etc). I'll see if we can't get it canceled for you.
