    Hi, thanks for the video! ¿Is there an option for a department to see only the tasks on the tickets and not the entire conversation I have with the customer.?

    One of my agents signed up to try this more than two years ago. After not getting the support that he needed, I tried to cancel it. They (Zoho) are still taking the money out of my account now ! I have been begging them to cancel and stop taking money from me. I do not have access to the email account they are referring to so they have not canceled my account yet. I have been trying for years. Please, if someone knows how to help me, please. I do not want to get a lawyer. It has been more than 2 years and I just saw another debit!!!

    When I click on the CRM icon under tickets, it does not take me to the full CRM. Any suggestions?

      U just install it from your zoho crm dashboard from the instants column on the left

      Drop the details into Club Zenatta (email address, account name, etc). I'll see if we can't get it canceled for you.
