Its actually not overpowered except for a few weird interactions with old stuff in the game. But nothing intentionally broken yet from what I've seen. It IS a support powerhouse though with is really nice
I love how this class plays, I wish all the classes had rotations within themselves. Its a shame that we have to play every class almost identical in terms of skills and gear, hoping they change that in the future.

I believe Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet is the perfect Mythic for this build since majority of the damage from the class is centered around multi hitting skills and generating crux and eventually nuking with a channeling skill. The 15% crit damage, 4.9k penetration and 15% additional damage is going to make this build hit really hard.
This class gives me a good feeling for the future of the game. They are definitely changing from the other classes and from the viewpoint of a player who played year one and then took years off, these changes are exactly what we wanted back then. Pvp changes have to come but they are way more candid telling us they need to update hardware first before they move to that. If you don’t think these are good changes, you are burnt out. Take a long walk, for a couple years even.
This class looks fun to play. I plan on making one for each role, but will probably focus on the damage dealer first since I’m a DD in my prog group. Side note. Love how this khajiit looks. What’s the armor style? I must be blind cause I couldn’t find the new styles in the outfit station first time I look through it.

Actually, DK has a stronger version of Psychic Lesion, which increase the damage of Poisoning and Burning status effects by +50% aswell as they restore a small amount of stamina/magicka when applying them.
I don't understand why they felt the need to give this class a healing and tanking tree. This class only has a few damage dealing abilities, so the style of play is very limited...
because there are weapon skill lines and world tree skills. So they loaded it up with more unqiue buffs and debuffs and utility skills to do more stuff than the other classes can
Not sure why all are so hyped about this class. With the Crux system, you are forced to use mostly class abilities at least on the front bar. That might be fun now when the class is new but later on people will see that this system makes the class very inflexible.
So you aren't forced to use crux, they stated that you don't have to use it but using it provides a bit more benefits if you do. They also mentioned that they want you to be using only the skills specifically made for the class itself. In the end game, everything blends about the same for rotation, and this will just be a bit extra if you're really trying to hit high. Im sure also people will Come up with using other skills. It's still pts give it some time Im sure people will figure out other skills/Ways to work on it. It may be a bit inflexible in a way but I think when majority get ahold of it that will stretch a bit more.
I like the idea of being able to play a class and feel like I'm playing the class as opposed to just using generic weapon and guild skills and at most maybe 1 class buff and 1 spammable. Also Mora is tied for my favourite daedric prince so the thematic side of it works wonders for me

There will be always one meta-build that will force you into one thing. Just don't try to compensate small body parts and you will figure out how huge your choice is with other classes. This is not giving when there are inbuilt class mechanics that binds you to certain skills.
I can already forsee ppl bring back their sorc and dk bash builds in pvp just to ruin all the archanist coming in during the first 3 months after launch . Those beams lighting up is just asking to get bash behind the head!!!

Armour style probably comes from either the new trail or deluxe edition set

Visually all skill animations look absolutely hideous and intrusive. I think I'll just avoid grouping with players using this class.
