- A big test of the scooter took place today.
New handlebars, modified steering stabilizer, rear fender modification. Reinforced cabling from units and motors. Today's top speed was a lot of mass. I love this scooter. It's really a beast that will do everything for you. But if you let her down, she will punish you terribly.
It's really not a toy for everyone but when you know how to treat her and what she needs. It's a really amazing machine.

I got the es18 lite and man am I worried about getting it wet in the slightest somethin about electricity and water don't go well hahah

Hello do you have a steering damper on the scooter? If yes, where did you get it from and how did you install it? Thanks in advance:)
Make sure to secure the controllers inside, sounds like they're hitting the inside of the scooter.
Very cool my friend, this is laotie es18 28.6 ah 18650 ??? I buy the one with 33.8 ah 21700 this will change the autonomy and the speed or not ???
This is es18 31AH. I think that when you buy a new version there will be a longer range, but the power and speed will be the same :)
@@djkvido Pokud bude mít tvrdší baterii, dosáhne vyšší rychlosti. Rychlost udává totiž napětí baterie. Pokud ale při odběru napětí klesne, klesá i maximální rychlost. Ten motor se chová skoro jako obyčejný DC motor, zvedneš napětí, zvednou se otáčky :-) Nebude to o moc, max tak 5km/h. Nicméně ten polák se 103km/h v jinym komentáři je fakt idiot :-)
the ES18P has two 45A controllers so a little more power than the ES18 which has two 37A controllers

Hello. The maximum speed that I reached today, even according to the GPS in the phone, was 83KM / H at the end of the video.
Wondering what the range is? That's all sorts of things. It depends on the driving mode and how much weight you have. I keep driving at maximum power (ie two engines and sport mode) In this mode I drove 58km. But I think that if you combine sport and eco mode and lower speed, you will drive about 80-90 km.

Ok thank you ! I had read that people were going up to 100km / h. I ordered mine I am in France I am waiting for it to arrive at my place. I am 90 kilos and I like the speed lol
@@solyon1518 You can't go over 100 km / h. This is only a misconfigured driver. Really the maximum real speed is about 80-85 km / h.
When the scooter arrives the wheel diameter is set incorrectly and therefore it shows such a speed.
Set the wheel diameter to 9.5 and the data will be correct.

You are surely satisfied with this scooter .. I can not wait to receive it I know that the battery must be secured ... The screws must also be checked and a steering damper fitted. If you can make a video of how to install it without putting parts in 3D that would be great. In France the legal speed is 25 km / h of course on paper lol. Thank you for the info. In your opinion, it's useful to change the tires, I don't intend to go off-road.

Hi, could you make a video where you test the maximum speed of the scooter with the GPS of your phone, please? Sometimes the pages lie about the maximum speed adding 15/20 km/h more so I want to make sure that the scooter goes 85 km/h before buying it.
I bought it a couple weeks ago and I can tell you it goes to 85 or even more. I tested it with GPS and also vs some friend's car. I get more than 80km/h on wet road, cold weather, offroad tyres, not full battery and I weigh 90kg.
I also have it tested by phone and I have 82 kg and I will give about 83-86 km / h. In any case, do not try to do this without a steering damper.

I received the ES18P yesterday and today I tried maximum Speed and got 81km/h with GPS. But I don’t recommend to try this because the small front tire starts to whobble at ~ 50km/h and it is very dangerous. Now I ordered an steering damper on AliExpress and hope this will help.
