Lovely lady, fantastic actress and a stunningly beautiful woman. Still missed. Cindy and Cathy said the claims made by Christina were untrue and they were in the same house at the same retime, so would know. It was terrible that Christina waited until after the death of Joan to make her accusations. So Joan couldn’t defend and refute them. I’m glad Cindy and Cathy defended their mother as did many who knew Joan well. RIP lovely lady.

The most profitable actress at the box office of all time, the only actress in history to be listed by Life magazine as The Queen of Movies, the first single adoptive mother, the first woman to enter the business world, a pioneer In the word Diva and her story has influenced thousands of movies and books. And artists like Madonna, Cher, Gaga or Angelina Jolie have cited Joan as an influence. And all destroyed for being a bad mother as there are many in the world unfortunately. I do not justify Joan but there are men like Frank Sinatra or Woody Allen who have been worse monsters as parents and are not destroyed like Crawford. Hollywood machismo.

It's said that BETTE DAVIS looked down on anyone that didn't attend an acting school therefore JOAN CRAWFORD must have made her feel jealous because JC became a Great ACTRESS even a replacement at WARNER BROTHES so that must have and did make BD jealous knowing that she BD was not nearly as beautiful as JC. And, it was JC that wanted and got BD for. "Whatever Happened To Baby Jane?" which boosted BD career.
