Jehovah God promises that those who have died will live again in Isaiah 26:19:

He will bring them back to life; that is the hope of the resurrection.

There are some nasty people in the world and many are drawn to the field of The Critic. This picture/rendition of Ingrid on the Title page is a case of finding the worst possible picture ofd the person and even then "shopping" it up with a darken here around the teeth, a lightening here, enhance a line for bigger nose effect, blah, blah, etc!
