Actually it is a simple crunchy fry of peyajkoli,alu,sheem with a bit of haldi powder and salt.simple❤
Down in kerala we make Toran out of it...chop finely ...stir fry with chopped shallots red chili and grated fresh coconut...so many things are similar to Bengali cuisine...

You will have to flash fry it...and add it at the very end if using with potatoes or they will wilt and disintegrate.
