Hey guys! Just wanna let you know that this video was several months ago, I am aware to use white conditioner for pastel colors, I have been using that even before this product. I just wanted to try this product out of curiosity & obviously it didn't work. Let's move on, alrighty? Okay cool! 🙃
This was not a failed video, the color is beautiful and definitely a lot lighter than what you had. You’d just have to work in reverse next time. (1) you put as much pastelizer into your mixing cup needed to fully cover and saturate your hair. (2) then you add just a few drops of color as you stir, until you achieve the desired shade. (3) once you got the shade right, then apply. But I’m sure this shade will fade to lavender.
The point of the pastelizer is that you add just a little of the color you want to make pastel (usually another manic panic color because, u know, same formula..), not a bit of it into the color 😅
It's horrible! I tried to dye the front two strands of my hair, and I wanted to do them pastel pink. It didn't change the colour at all, and in the end I had to just use the normal pink colour and wash it a couple times. I recommend straight up conditioner. Edit: The pink dye I used was from manic panic as well.

You could've mixed it with just any type of conditioner and it would've worked if not the same better.
It dilutes the pigment so it doesn’t deposit heavy but rather sheer. The white is already in your hair to make it pastel you imagine:)
