After experiencing panic attacks, I began incorporating more self-care activities into my daily life, including restorative, TRE, and yin yoga. Also been reducing international travel unless I absolutely need to, such as reloading up on footage for TH-cam videos. Nowadays I wake up remembering "boring" dreams. Last week I dreamed that I fell asleep in yoga class after gently falling into an awkward position onto the floor and another person's mat. Last night I dreamed about eating a ton of yummy, sweet dessert. So satisfying and indulgent. Felt so real, but it was just a dream. Interesting how much stress and anxiety can affect your dreams!
Thank you Mina!!! ☆ you are such an inspiration and a natural beauty to me ^^ i feel like we're talking in some sort of 'pijama party' lol Anyway, you make me reflect about life UㅅU i need to take better care of myself and try to control those frequent attacks of anxiety and stress. Love you, Mina~ XO ♡
Miss Mina , you are beyond wise for your age! Everything you mentioned carries so much truth! Unfortunately, so many of us don’t realize this until it’s either to late or most of our highly productive years have passed. I always felt as you have and my goal was always ultimate perfection in everything I took on; which is seen as quite important when you’re in the military and I didn’t slow down until I retired; but even then I often still had the appearance of the “Energizer Bunny” from the commercials. Then in 2015 I suffered a Pulmonary Embolism followed by a massive heart attack which left me Comatose for a week; woke up on my birthday of all days with my family all around me to say their final “goodbyes” as encouraged by the doctors since my Organs were in the process of trying to shut down already as well. Not everyone is this lucky to get a second chance after all that. I still have anxiety occasionally but not to the extent I had it before. I meditate every day which I actually started doing already after coming back from the war in Iraq but didn’t do every day then. I also try to get more sleep; still a work in progress. I do have crafts I try to work on as well like quilting, paper crafts; I make all my own Greeting Cards for myself, family and friends. My biggest problem still that causes me stress is not knowing how to say “no” to family when I really should. BTW, you’re beautiful naturally and don’t really need makeup.
TH-cam has not been fair for a very long time. I'd like to believe the team at TH-cam are doing their best. The truth is, no matter how hard we work on a video, there is no guarantee that it will do well. TH-camrs often need to think about SEO and revolve their content around it. Sometimes I take chances on a less popular type of video because I want to show viewers another aspect of a culture... with the risk it'll lower income. At the end of the day, TH-camrs also have bills to pay and need to save for retirement :) It's an interesting balance of producing content that your audience and to-be subscribers want versus what you personally want to create. Also with age and different phases in life, content may evolve/change. Long story short, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING! 💖💖💖
@@naakai6397 Oh wow, I didn't realize how close SweetAndTastyTV is to one million! Took about ten years, but we made it! Thank you for joining me on this journey 💖
@@MissMinaOh Taking the time out of your life to film edit and upload a video is so truly appreciated. TH-cam is all about sharing as a community and not about popularity. It has changed over time but people like you who stay true to the roots and only care about hardwork and honesty are lovely. I love and appreciate you that you even replied to my comment. No youtuber has ever written such along and sweet comment to me before. Love from India🇮🇳❤😭😍
Miss Mina, I have been struggling with my anxiety (mainly my panic attacks) and my depression especially this past year. Everything you said in this video hit home. I am tearing up as I write this.. I am constantly at battle with myself. I feel that I am a horrible person and that I am not enough. But it's when I get hit hard with my losses instead of seeing my wins... I understand completely when you say you feel this way when you don't feel like you're doing enough or not giving it your 100%. We are all human and react differently to things. Just trying to remember that you are enough and that you do deserve the best is whats important. Thank you for everything you do!
Your message is very relevant to what is happening to so many people. I got too sick to work about 8 years ago and I had to stop fostering and my whole life fell apart. I didn't have my purpose any more. I was a primary school teacher where there are plenty of opportunities to help others. I came to the realisation that I was still a valuable member of society. I shifted my focus to praying for other people and when I was out (mainly to the hospital or the supermarket as I'm mostly bedridden) I would smile at everyone and I would look for opportunities to help other people. I've studied mindfulness and it really changed how I think and feel. I choose to be happy and positive because the struggle is 90% in your mind. Thank you for your message and for telling everyone that putting out videos involves so much more time than what we view. Xx
I am diagnosed with anxiety and suffer from a mixture of general anxiety and panic anxiety. I have found that going to therapy, meditation and speaking to my friends helps a lot. Whenever I get an anxiety attack it's mostly rooted in me not meeting and accepting my own feelings and talking about them. Honesty towards myself and the emotions I feel have been such a blessing. I can still mess up at times, but I can thankfully grab myself before my anxiety runs amok. Things that stress me out, or triggers my anxiety would be taking responsibility and when I think I'm not good enough. I am always scared of never being good enough or just enough. However, I have some amazing friends who are always there for me when the 'shadow' cames crawling, trying to whisper nasty things to me :)
I’ve been struggling with anxiety for about six years now. I’ve had a lot of things help and I find listening to classical music or music from the 50’s or from old black and white movies has relaxed me. Lately I’ve been working on breathing techniques that my psychologist has recommended and then just counting down from 100 and by the time I get to 60 I’m doing better but what has really helped me is a motivational app that gives me five sayings about all different types of things that are positive. I tend to let my anxiety and panic attacks put me in a box but, learning to cope with it and try to retrain my brain. I still struggle. It’s an everyday battle but, with the right Skills you can accomplish anything! I just love your Chanel! It’s so fun to watch! You are very talented! I found your TH-cam Chanel by accident. I was looking up cooking and eating Chanel’s when they suggested yours! I’ve told my parents and family all about your Chanel and even my psychologist! I subscribed right away to your Chanel’s and have just been having a blast watching! Keep being you and it’s ok to do things slow!
Thank you for watching and relating! Anxiety is no fun, but we can overcome it 💗 On an additional note, saw the therapist and was diagnosed with GAD (general anxiety disorder). It is estimated that 40 million Americans experience it every year. Considering we have about 327 million people in the US, that's about 1 in 8 people! Many people also don't realize they have it. Took me over a decade to discover it. While a little bit of anxiety can be helpful, especially when we are in survival mode, having anxiety/worry all the time can get in the way of living our lives. Hope we both can reduce our anxiety until it becomes a tiny ant! Let's do this! 💪💪💪
I am on my second to last semester of college and I have been burnt out for the past year no breaks, full time school and isolation to boot. Girl you may travel but I know you work your tooshy off to create such epic videos and if you say you are getting burnt out then you are getting burnt our. We know our bodies best and when somethings wrong we know. I suffer from social anxiety and depression from my current living situation. I have been focusing so hard for the past 3 years to get my degree that I have cut myself off from family and friends and it has affected me in so many ways. It takes so much for me to actually leave my home so when I watch your videos I feel as though I am not so isolated or disconnected from the word. Btw saw the fires on the news I hope your family in Korea is safe and sound. Much love :D
i just want to thank you for always giving. i was experiencing some anxiety from my medication bc i wanted to be productive but i was too sleepy so i saw you uploaded this and i am now able to breathe better. i’m slightly more awake and i’m going to ease into what i need to accomplish today. i know i’m going to return to this video when i need reassurance. thank you so much Mina. i hope you are treating yourself to infinite love, care, and forgiveness.
"If you only feel stress in life, you lose the taste to live." Can I borrow this? Because you just saved a life!!! Girl!!!!! Thank you for your story of mental growth and Realness 🥰
I've found your channel three days ago and can't stop watching your videos, they make me feel inspired to see beauty and fun in simple things. your videos inspire me to take care of my mental and physical health and feel less anxious around strangers. as someone who also struggles with anxiety, I feel grateful for your insight on this topic and appreciate that you share your experience. social media often makes people forget that content creators are human beings who work hard and have their own feelings and life stories. I can only imagine how hard you must work to make all this amazing, unique content! especially when you do everything by yourself without the support of a production team, that's really impressive! thank you and have a happy life :) wish you and mommy oh a happy new year
Honestly this isn't the norm type of video we see from you, and it was a huge ad lol, but its always good to remind us to take care of ourselves and I'm glad a brand wants to work with you because you deserve that. So proud of you.
I am a fairly stress-free kind of guy and I accomplish this recognizing the things I have control over and the things I do not. I tend to be very objective, somewhat a perfectionist, and try to be as honest and accurate in everything I do. I do not worry about the things I do not have control over because I found out that I could still place myself in a position to deflect or handle any known negativity that may come my way. However, being from the Deep South, I know how and when to get lazy and this helps immensely. Self-love has never been a problem because whenever I get the thought that I may wish to trade places with anyone I instantly realize that in truth that I really do not want to because in the end it is NOT me. Now retired I find great pleasure in playing disc golf as it is great exercise and helps me with mental exercise and physical skill to try and constantly improve. I am very happy with my life and pleased with the many experiences I have had. I also read and study history and science quite a bit and I have the very strange desire to learn more mathematics.
Finance issues are my big stressors. I slow condition myself to know that money issues can be handled over time. And savor life and all its precious moments
I loved that you're doing your thing while talking to us real time. That felt as if I was talking to a friend close to my heart. Thank you so much for this. I am hoping at all times that you may genuinely be happy and healthy in all aspects. I love you so much. You are worthy.
First off I have to say that you are stunning with and without makeup. I'm so envious of your jawline. Second I want to say thank you. You're just as amazing inside as you are outside. Youtubing is a dream job for most people, it looks glamorous and exciting but we don't often see the editing and work that goes into making these videos that we love so much. For you to be so open and honest it really brings out your humanity. People often don't want to share about their anxieties and troubles but you do so beautifully. I'm glad you're doing better and taking control of your mental health. Thank you.
I'm surprised that Mina doesn't have like a million subs yet. Anyway, I definitely think it's important to do things to regularly keep your physical and mental health in check. If you're physically or mentally compromised, you're not able to enjoy life, do work, etc effectively and efficiently. Also, Mina doesn't need make up. She looks fine with and without it. I'm more impressed with how her personality is so positive and how she's always open to new ideas. =)
Mina is that kind od friend who you can have so much fun with but also talk about the meaning of life while watching a beautiful sunset. Her videos make me very content and comfortable, her voice is very relaxing ... she already is my friend, although she doesn't even know it yet. I wish you all the best, Mina. Sending much love and big warm hug all the way from Prague, Czech republic.
I suffered from depression around 2 years ago, and some part of it was because of work. I realized that I have double standard and too hard on myself. I am also a perfectionist and blame myself for every thing related to me, even though it's not my fault. Once in a while when I am really nervous, I also got panic attacks. That's why I can relate listening to your story Nowadays, I'm feeling better. One of the thing that I do to help if my thoughts start killing me was to speak about it to others or write it into a journal. Believe me, it helps a lot 😎 I also want to say this: Mina, don't be too hard on yourself. You're great as you are. I always re-watch your videos and it really gives me some comfort. I know that you're work is not easy as it seems, but hopefully at those times, you could find your way back to smile again 😄
Mina, I have been following you for what has to be 2 years now and you deserve to relax. Burn out is real in any profession and even with students. I hope you move on from this moment to better love and care for yourself by allowing yourself to be at peace. ✌️
Your comment about unconditional love for yourself really resonated with me. I grew up never learning to love myself but to always be critical of myself. It wasn't until I experienced God's unconditional love for me (warts and all) that I started to appreciate how he has created me and to even learn to love myself. There are days when I still doubt myself and feel myself going under but I just look at God and see how he looks at me, and I have the strength to stand up again. Knowing him and being known by him is my biggest self-care.
Mina, you are such a wonderful human being. I relate with a lot of your experiences and I know how hard life can be for us sensitive folks. Please know that we support and understand you!
This was so refreshing, Mina! I have struggled with anxiety for a while, but it seemed to get worse when I graduated from college and started getting into the real-world workforce. I have started going to yoga class 2-3 times a week and I like to get my eyebrows waxed once a month for some self-care!
Dear Mina, we more often than not burn a lot of energy being hard on ourselves, not thinking we are good enough, trying to please those around us. We should put more time and energy into loving ourselves and appreciating who we are as individuals. Love you xxx
I don't normally leave comments but I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the realness of this video. It made me reflect a lot on my life balancing my real job and my freelance; I will definitely be reassessing my schedule to block in some me-time! I love your editing it always makes me smile 😁
Thank you so much for sharing this and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. We love your work, and your fans would rather see you take time to care for yourself than run yourself into the ground. Whatever self-care looks like for you, I hope you take time to make it a priority. Be well! Side note: your makeup is gorgeous! It is so much fun to play with a look! Glossier has a really fun product line!
The shitty thing about burnout is that you can get it from everything. Pressure to make money or make people happy, to succeed in life (to how far we take it to be important). I even got a burnout from my last internship. Wanting to do so much for the company, having my own little business where i would design stuff for others, keeping up with mg social life... Sometimes you just have to say "now i choose for myself" and if that means placing your work on a lower priority, you just have to do it. Because, if you get sick (or die) no-one can do it exactly how you did it. I'm happy you are feeling better and everything will only become better for you❤️
i can understand what you go through, i am only 15 and i’m juggling high school, traveling, and nonstop dancing/teaching everyday of the week... i sacrifice a lot for it, but it’s also hard because i suffer with sever anxiety, stress anxiety, and separation anxiety... so doing everyday tasks are really hard for me but i keep myself going... although i have an anxiety attack i try to think about the present because when people think about the past, they suffer because things from the past can make you suffer like bad events you remember, but thinking of the future is also not the best because it causes more anxiousness and etc... i would love to meet you and talk with you about life because i do live with this on a day to day basis but i have a huge group of people helping me who you could also meet and seek some life tip that you would NEVER think of... if you read this thanks you, and i love your videos! keep up the good work, and remember, always be in the present. 💖
OMG as a single parent, Ive experienced anxiety and being anxious, its terrifying. I rarely do self-care. My main focus are my two little boys. I need to get on it. I enjoy all ur videos and this one was inspiring. Last but not least, I love ur look in this video. Thanks Mina!!
What stresses me out the most? Not being the best that I can be. I feel like everyone has an expectation for me and I’m just not meeting it. I’m not SUPER smart, but I’m “suppose’ so be. I then stress on trying to meet their expectation. I’m learning to love myself and meet my own expectation day by day, but I do need to not compare myself to others and wishing I can have this or that, I’m who I am and I’m thankful for everything I have. 💜
Was not in a good place, got on TH-cam because I couldn't sleep, and lo and behold, saw this video. I had my first panic attack when I was 20, it was 8 years ago. Happy to say that I only had them for a period of a few months or so and haven't had any since then. I kind of know what caused mine, so it was easy to overcome. Lately, been dealing with a lot of anxiety, mostly situational. Sucks. Been thinking about starting to do vlogs where I talk and express some of my thoughts on psychology and anxiety. It is an area of interest for me, been reading Freud's "interpretation of Dreams", thought it'd be a good start. Cannot thank you enough Professor Oh, for lifting my spirits. Don't really know ya, but love ya anyway! : )
Can we please take a moment and appreciate the effort, the time, that was put into making this video! Like honestly, Mina I know this video was uploaded a while ago but thank you for doing what you do! I know it gets hard, but I promise you aren’t alone! If you ever feel like you need a break to rest it’s always okay because your mental health really does matter! I can tell the amount of stress that making these videos gives you but remember that they are the reason why many of us smile! Anyways, you are a ray of sunshine Mina! And i may not know you personally, but behind the screen you seem like the most genuine and sweet person ever! Luv ya lots! 💕💕💕 all the way from Qatar 🇶🇦
Mina, your videos are great because you are honest and that comes through. Your travel videos were VITAL for my trip to Korea. It helped that my daughter reads/speaks Korean, but your videos have so much essential information presented in an entertaining and easy to listen to format. Don't panic :) It's a waste of time.
Thank you so much for addressing life's stressful moments. I love to read to de-stress or listen to a book on Audible. Creating jewelry and writing also helps me. I loved the products you used. Woman you are Fierce! Rock it!
These talks is what I miss about your mukbang videos. I don’t care if you are eating or not. This was great. I am so happy more youtubers are showing and talking more about life behind the scenes. I have never thought youtubers have an easy life. Editing is a full time job. Remember sometimes Done is better than perfect!
I am not a workaholic but I am extremely perfectionist and care about my work which makes me extremely stressed all the time. I am the kind of person that leave the office and keep thinking about work, most all what went wrong, I also feel useless and that I am not doing a good job even if people around me tell me that I am doing grand. Not too long ago, I remembered that work is not that worth to let yourself feel so stressed, you are more important than work like you said, I always love your videos, and I really love this, thanks for share your hardships too, like you said, not everything is good even if you are doing what you like. Thanks
Thank you for being so open and sharing your experiences with anxiety Mina! I too suffer from anxiety. I usually do mindfulness meditation to help me slow down and be still in the present moment. Hope to see both of our anxieties improve!
I'm sorry you have panic attacks I have some too a good way to get rid of them is to inhale for one second and to exhale for 2 seconds this helps me a lot when I get nervous and hopefully it'll help you to when you have an increased amount of anxiety
Experiencing my first panic attack, I confused it with an asthma attack, although I've never had one like it. I honestly hate that you've experienced it more than once, let alone at all. Thinking about having another panic attack gives me anxiety. Self care- Waking up at 4am... oat meal with honey and cinnamon...Green tea...30 minute walk while star gazing.
Loved the video. I have learned that on certain situations I deal with stress very well, while in others not at all. For example, in work, I try to deal with stress calmly and it tends to work out well. Maybe I just have strong nerves, but when it comes to the personal drama I usually get very emotional and I realize I don`t deal with stress well at all. Probably sounds confusing, but that`s how it is. Also being competitive and perfectionist makes things even worse. Luckily I adapt well in different situations and I have plenty of support from those close to me and from friends, so the stress usually goes away quite fast. I haven't been taking good care of myself at all. Being a college student and stressing over exams is taking a lot of my time. You have some really good advice. Need to take care of myself more. I liked the look on you. Very beautiful.
Mina I love your travel videos. But I also love videos where u just talk about life. It leaves me so motivated, almost nothing else can push me that much. So please do all collaborations u want to do. If it's make-up or whatever. Even if this isn't your main content you make it special. That is so awesome. Whatever content u will produce in the future i know it will always be so much joy to watch it. ♡♡
I am literally going through the jet lag situation right now. I just got back to Japan and I am having such a hard time editing and uploading content. To make matters worse, I just moved into a new apartment so I don't even have a chair! Love this topic and happy you're talking about it. It was very helpful for some things I am going through currently. Hope you and your family are doing well
I miss you and Fei doing vids together. I know she's been going through a lot and I hope you both spend time together soon. You are so lucky to still have your mom. ♥♥♥
You are so inspiring. I hope you take care of yourself and don’t doubt yourself, doing the best you can and not stressing ❤️ I love your videos and they make me so happy
Mina... this literally made me cry because when you were saying that a test doesn’t matter, I would just think of my education and I just got a bad grade on both my ela and math test I also felt really down and almost broke down in tears today when I got these results. Also, I wish i was as healthy as you. Edit: I also think you are so good with your make up!
Yes u asked, "what do you guys do for self care?". I make sure I get enough sleep and I practice Brazilian Jiu-jitsu two to four days a week. I find the struggle of competing, one on one, against a fellow human being, in a combative sport, helps to put all the BS of life in perspective. When you're in a situation where someone could put you in a hold and make you go 'night night', or you to them, it has a way of making other stuff seem not so important. At least, it does for me. BTW, you look stunning. Keep on living and I look forward to the next video.
Miss Mina OMGGGGGGG😍 you noticed meee💖 i am currently rewatching your vids from sweetandtastytv and this channel ( you’re fun to watch i could watch your vlogs allll day ) and i noticed you’ve visited most countries in asia ( which are familiar to me )buutt you haven’t yet visited the philippines. Come to the phillipines! And maybe i’ll see you and Mommy Oh roaming and vlogging around the streets here.😂❤️ lovelotss😘
I have been binging on all your videos non stop since last week cause it makes me very happy!! Thank you for this video, it taught me a lot..Love u Ms Mina ♥️
All I did was over work my self with long hours non-stop. It made a huge impact on my health. I ended up in the ER 2x. Not worth it. I decided to take care of myself. Things are better but it takes time to heal. Best to beat anxiety is to relax completely or it will destroy you. I still struggle but not as much. I made it to 2019! Big win for me! 🤗👍🏻👍🏻
I get stressed out the most by my school work because j just never feel up to date with things. Thanks a.lot for making and sharing this video. A lot of your tips and advices are very helpful.
Thank you for posting this video today. I really needed to hear this. 💕Life gets hard sometimes and it’s ok to take a break and have some healing time to your self
I really liked this video I get anxiety so much just at random and it takes over my entire body and mind just recently I started working after a long time of being a stay at home mom and since my job iv had less and less anxiety even started being more physical throughout my days I fill good but would like to do more and change more so this video really hit home for me thank you for being so translucent its amazing
Mina, I love you . I really enjoyed the wisdom you gave and how you were playing with make up. It looked like you were having so much fun. We just want you to take care of yourself. Thank you for your videos
Trying to get into med school. Super stressed. Also working full time. Not enough time for family, husband, dog, friends, social life, self love..... trying to learn to just breath through the anxiety and embracing a little bit of the attitude of not stressing the small stuff.....
I usually take time off from work for a few days just to go travel or just be at home pampering myself with things that I love. Working for the same thing over and over for everyday can be a bit boring and monotone and sometimes I got a lot of stress. I love your makeup btw, Glossier is such a cool product (esp their cloud paint 😆). I wish you happiness and peace and always remember to take care of yourself! 😘😘
Just earlier miss Mina.. Experienced my anxiety. Couldn't breathe and my hands get numbs. Your video is just what I need.. I really should slow down.. After all.. We need to be in control with our own mind. All we need is to be strong and hold on to the faith that we have.. 화이팅 미나씨 ^^
I went from a bad workplace / enviorment to another one. Now i have 1 1/2 month to get my act togheter. I told my boss "I got new oppertunities", but really don't. So June and foreward will be interesting, but like you said; selfcare is important. I don't need a job where I get panicattacks before I even started my shift! Life is too short for that, I will work hard for what I want, and play a little more, life isn't all work, self care is more important. I will go out and find a basketball net to shoot hoops 😊
Thank you Mina for this video!!! You looked beautiful and I'm really thankful you talked so openly about your anxiety ❤️🥰 I kinda get stressed out from the future. Recently I had to pick subjects I'll be following next school year and I have already been thinking since last year. My passion is being creative and I love it so much. I always denied the fact that I wanted to sing or draw for the rest of my life but because of the choice I had to make I began to think. It really made my heart flutter whenever I thought of singing or drawing. It's a way of expressing myself and it makes me relaxed, but thoughts such as 'There are so many people out there that are soooo much better than me' and 'I may be a better artist now but once I step foot in a room full of them I might not be the best anymore. My self-esteem is low already, will I be able to pull through?' or 'I might have studied it for so long but maybe I'll flop and end up being nothing but what I wanted to be'. I have talked and talked about it but it always seems to give me anxiety. They always tell me 'follow your heart and you'll be happy' the thing is, I am a thinker not a feeler so it's been difficult haahahahah anyway I really appreciate this video and keep up the good work while talking enough rest and self care. Lots of love from the Netherlands ❤️💕💞
Nina, totally relate.... Who we think we are when we’re really contemplated with different eyes; whether it’s society, competitive peers or who we think we should be! Value is totally subjective, worth is NOT. Do your thing, take a step back (a few or many) and look in a mirror. Love and respect, Mina. Keep up the REAL work. Love ❤️❤️
This video popped up on my recommended when I was looking up "how to deal with panic attack's" I'm feeling very similar to this and what you say is exactly what I needed to hear and I do watch your travel videos and I can't find a better way to feel better than with make up thanks for this video self care is so important.
Oh. I was confused why I feel so unproductive these past few weeks. When I watched your video, it was just then I realized I was suffering from burnout. Thanks for sharing. I gotta feed my soul.
Hey girl if you think your going to get burnt out take a break for a while , don't push yourself to hard, Or you can make your videos shorter so you wont get burnt out , I would hate to see you get burnt out your one of my favorite TH-camrs Miss Mina , I hope you find your balance between burnout and your channels , much love to you girl . 💗💗💗💗😊
How do YOU take time for self-care? 💖

The realities include: getting food poisoning (which I had about 5 times in Thailand), contracting mosquito-borne diseases such as Dengue Fever (which I also experienced in Cambodia), being a target for theft (happened in Paris), etc. What you see on Instagram are amazing landmarks, poses in planned outfits (especially for IG stars in fashion), and mostly all the good stuff. Not the stolen bag, which you can’t take of photo of anyways since it’s gone.

16:48 About my panic attacks…
17:37 The time a drunk grandpa totaled my car
19:19 PLAY: you don’t have to be productive 24/7
For the past few years, I woke up remembering only post-apocalyptic dreams (ie: someone chasing me, humans becoming zombies). Interesting how much stress and anxiety can affect your dreams!
you're always awesome
Hi good job on the video can you post stuff when your on a plane I like planes
Thanx for the timestamps
I’m a male with zero interest in makeup and yet I watched the entire thing because that’s what you do to support your favorite content creators.
Honestly the most wholesome comment I ever seen
You always greet us with "Hope you have a great day wherever you are". Well I hope you have an amazing week too , Mina!! ❤❤
Yourube is so unfair. Why doesnt she have over a million subs till now?😭😭❤
I think she does on her other channel
@@MissMinaOh We can reach 1M, 2M, and manyyy more. you deserve it. 😍😘
I suffer with anxiety as well so I'm happy that TH-camrs are showing us how they cope with it
Thank you for watching and relating! 💪💪💪
@@MissMinaOh yeah I was diagnosed this year I am 13 so alot of times it's hard but we will get through it 💪
I am on my second to last semester of college and I have been burnt out for the past year no breaks, full time school and isolation to boot.
I think I just learned more from you than my psychologist ever could teach me!
i just want to thank you for always giving. i was experiencing some anxiety from my medication bc i wanted to be productive but i was too sleepy so i saw you uploaded this and i am now able to breathe better. i’m slightly more awake and i’m going to ease into what i need to accomplish today. i know i’m going to return to this video when i need reassurance. thank you so much Mina. i hope you are treating yourself to infinite love, care, and forgiveness.
Your videos help me feel a lot better on not good days. I appreciate you so much. And I’m glad your opening up to us. Thank you. ❤️
I love how you can make anything turn fun
True her voice is so soft.
Omg... I've never seen you in any lippie... You look beautiful in red 💕💕💕💕💕
I suffered from depression around 2 years ago, and some part of it was because of work. I realized that I have double standard and too hard on myself. I am also a perfectionist and blame myself for every thing related to me, even though it's not my fault. Once in a while when I am really nervous, I also got panic attacks. That's why I can relate listening to your story
Nowadays, I'm feeling better. One of the thing that I do to help if my thoughts start killing me was to speak about it to others or write it into a journal. Believe me, it helps a lot 😎
I also want to say this: Mina, don't be too hard on yourself. You're great as you are. I always re-watch your videos and it really gives me some comfort. I know that you're work is not easy as it seems, but hopefully at those times, you could find your way back to smile again 😄
The tutorial is amazing and you look amazing -also your talks about anxiety and panic attacks gave me a wake up call about life.
Thanks for talking about this subject in such an insightful way ♥️
Mina, I have been following you for what has to be 2 years now and you deserve to relax.
I truly enjoyed this talk Mina. We are always our own worse enemy and no one is as hard on ourselves then us. We definitely need more self-love.
Mina I just love you! You're very honest and upfront. I wish you so much joy, happiness and much love ❤️
I was having a really bad day today and then I saw your video and it lifted my spirits. Thank you! Keep being beautiful. You are awesome.
I loved the back and forth between fun makeup and deep life advice!
There is a huge stigma in people reaching for mental health services, thank you for talking about mentally, emotional health and self care!!👍
Hope you keep traveling with Mommy Oh, they're my favourite vids of yours! You guys are so fun to watch together :-)
Mine too!
Mommy Oh, Fey, and her lonesome hikes are probably a tie for my favorites.
Thank you so much for addressing life's stressful moments. I love to read to de-stress or listen to a book on Audible. Creating jewelry and writing also helps me. I loved the products you used. Woman you are Fierce! Rock it!
Anyone else getting ready while watching Mina get ready too? Literally feel like we're in the same room & hanging out! Love it!
Great talk. We all need unconditional love for ourselves.
Thank you Mina. Listening to you today reminded me I need a break. I appreciate you and your life experiences .Love you gorgeous gurl😍😘 Stay healthy 🤗
Fuzzbekins hamster that helps me too!!! Last panic attack was my first and last so far so lucky!! Was hard for me for 3 weeks!!!
Back in November 2018
Hope you and your family are doing well
Your voice always relax me
*_xoxo_*
I miss you and Fei doing vids together. I know she's been going through a lot and I hope you both spend time together soon. You are so lucky to still have your mom. ♥♥♥
You are so inspiring. I hope you take care of yourself and don’t doubt yourself, doing the best you can and not stressing ❤️ I love your videos and they make me so happy
You look beautiful with or without makeup. I am happy you are scheduling self care time. You deserve it, and your health matters.
Her channel is satisfying in a way
OKAY QUEEN LOOKING LIKE AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTY
Mina... this literally made me cry because when you were saying that a test doesn’t matter, I would just think of my education and I just got a bad grade on both my ela and math test I also felt really down and almost broke down in tears today when I got these results.
Work stresses me out fosho... I need to schedule more time for self care like you said and sleep way more!
OMGGG ❤️ i just saw another side of miss mina ( girly side...and also a soft side😔, but the crazy side never dies❤️)

The crazy side 😂😂😂 Yes, it'll never die! Stay tuned for more!
And maybe i’ll see you and Mommy Oh roaming and vlogging around the streets here.😂❤️ lovelotss😘
what a great post hun! it really helps people to hear how others cope or their experiences! i follow Feii because of u! she's adorable too!
I have been binging on all your videos non stop since last week cause it makes me very happy!! Thank you for this video, it taught me a lot..Love u Ms Mina ♥️
Mina, nice to see you take time for yourself. I enjoy your travels and food reviews. You’re very beautiful inside and outside. Take care
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this video! Great life insights and reminders Mina.❤️
Don't worry Miss Mina, you are doing well and you make a lot of people happy and inspired with your vlogs.- xoxo from Philippines 💚
You’re so amazing, inside and out. Such an inspiration. You deserve all the good life has to offer. Never change ❤️
Mina, you do ANY kind of video you want, and I'll support you and love your content because you're so genuinely amazing hehe
화이팅 미나씨 ^^
I love you so much Mina! You are so inspirational and send such positive messages!
It was nice getting ready for the day with you!
You are so inspiring! Love ur works...I absolutely admire you!
Those glasses look awesome on ya.
Thanks so much for the insight.
