- In this video, we travel in Sadhashivnagar which is a posh locality in Bangalore. Many "real" billionaires live here (politicians and film actors). It also houses the late Puneeth Rajkumar's palatial bungalow. While Koramangala might be the choice for CEOs and the IT crowd, Sadhashivnagar is a power center.

It's locality of politicians & black money holders so naturally surroundings are clean & they are least bothered about the problems faced by other Bangaloreans.

Sadashiv nagar gained prominence only after Dr. Rajkumar ji moved to this place, till then it was like any other locality of Bangalore. I did not see any WOW factor in this video. It looked like ordinary street with huge bungalows and cars occupying the streets.
There is nothing so attractive, to call the area a billionnaire blvd. Like a little bit broad city road.

Real beauty of Bangalore and paradise of the city is 2 kms away in the lush green neighbourhood of Malleswaram

Every other neighbourhood in Bangalore is like that but for the old areas which were developed in times of Shivaji and Mysore Maharaja , such as Malleswaram, Basavanagudi, etc. (For a person from Mumbai , these are Bangalore equivalent of Bandra West , Vile Parle - Andheri, or Juhu or Malabar Hill) And a few developed at the time of British rule like MG Road, Cantt area (which give you the vibes of South Bombay areas like Cuffe Parade, Colaba , Churchgate, Marine Drive, etc. ) The so called IT corridors such as Electronic City, Marathahalli, Whitefield, Mahadevapura,etc are somewhat haphazardly developed but decent (like in Mumbai , areas like BKC,Thane, Navi Mumbai) Bangalore was actually never a metro city until the 80s and 90s . The city has exploded in an unplanned and haphazard manner over the past 2-3 decades.
Hence you would notice that a vast portion of the city was not built to handle today's changing Bangalore lifestyle and pace.
The roads are still damaged no matter what. Blr needs to get rid of corrupt politicians
It could be the billionaire locality but the roads of Bangalore will never change. Left dug up, potholes, uneven.

Roads are very bad even in this location. Most of them are bought with blackmoney converted to white. Even Jameer Anna has a bungalow+(guest house) there.

It looks like a slum. The infrastructure is crumbling on a daily basis.
Many are parking there vehicles on road.
Roads are in bad shape and need recarpeting. This is a problem all over Bengaluru. Chennai has comparitively better roads.
The price here is about 30k per sft. That is if you find someone to sell.
