Yes!! I'm so down to see the cat shelter, but also seeing more of the human's help center and co. That might inspire people to volunteer. Lol apparently he doesn’t scold his dogs . Whenever they do something bad Matt is the one who disciplines and Eugene babies them . So I’m not surprised that he doesn’t mind 😂😂
It shows how much of a good dog owner he is. And doesn't just blame the dog for bad behaviour, actually patiently works with them to work on it. I know so many people with "bad" dogs but have never done any training or got them training
I have a Kerry Blue Terrier which are known to be dog aggressive and runners. We got him when he was 4 so we didn’t get to train him when he was a puppy which is recommended. We have had him for 3 years and have been trying to train him to stop running away and teach him to nice to dogs. And it’s HARD. Props to Zach for teaching him in one day ☺️
I love how he just immediately started working with Zach too. So many pups end up at shelters because people just won't take the time to work with them. My very first rescue had been in 9 homes before he was 3 years old. People would see him and go "OMG! He looks like Scooby" and they would adopt him because he was cute, then return him because they couldn't be bothered to work with him. I walked into the shelter to see him being dragged back into his kennel by an extremely overwhelmed family that just couldn't handle his energy level (All he did was run, jump and scream in fahrenheit). I took him out, worked with him for about 45 minutes just walking around the shelter building. Brought him back in and announced I was taking him home. The worker at the counter just stared at me for a minute, said "Are you sure?" to which I said "Scrappy sit." and he stopped rampaging around me and sat. They actually scrambled to get the paperwork together for him. I was privileged to have him as my best friend for 17 years. He just passed away last summer at the age of 23.

Has Paloma been adopted yet? She reminded me so much of my little dog who was living at a rescue for 8 months before I was able to take him in. I just know she would make a great dog.
I literally cried every single time I saw “still available” and sobbed when she said Paloma has been there for a long time…SOMEBODY PLEASE ADOPT PALOMA AND ALL OF THESE PUPS PLEASE 😩🥺😭😭😭😭😭
Eugene: The dogs are the loves of my life. And Matt's there too. God I missed having him and his funny one-liners in the videos, it seems like literal ages since Eugene's been in a TG video.
He did very well too. By the end, Zack(the dog) seemed like he was understanding the concept of walking on the leash! That will definitely help him get adopted.
This, THIS, is the content we needed. As someone who grooms dogs for a living, it seems that not a lot of people truly understand what it means to care for a dog.
I feel they should do a second part that REALLY shows the down and dirty of rescue dog care. Almost like a dirty jobs of it and how much effort truly goes into care. This feels more like a field trip. It does bring attention to it though and I'm so grateful for that!
As a shelter employee this video is perfectly timed, the rescue world is overwhelmed with abandoned and surrendered dogs right now and very low adoption numbers. If you are interested, and willing to put in the time and effort, go adopt a dog! Or if you have ever been interested in fostering reach out to your local rescue they will often provide EVERYTHING you need and all you have to do is give some time and love, even just a day out of the shelter can be amazing for dogs stuck in kennels all day
Do you have any suggestions as far as adopting? Rescues have been very hard to communicate with but I feel like I don't know anything about a shelter dog before adoption. It's kinda a catch
I'm in nonprofits and work alongside tons of shelters, this is so important! Shelters are past maximum capacity from people returning dogs rescued during covid, fostering and adopting is SO necessary right now
@@LML1415 some rescues will do a foster to adopt. That way you can spend a set amount of time with a dog and see how they do in your home before committing to adoption.
Seeing Eugene be so unapologetically happy in this video gives me so much joy! I am so happy for him!! He literally got in the bath with that cute pitty and then pretended to be a dog and let the other tryguys towel dry him off for fun. SO cute!
Random but Steve-o from jackass is trying to do like an outdoor rescue ranch w his fiancé. He has a great video ab how he got his dog, should totally check it our
Zach surprisingly is a pretty good dog trainer for someone who wasn't into dogs before Bowie or who grew up with dogs. I'm pretty impressed. He's usually such a chaos monster in these videos so seeing his patience and control with the dog was nice to see
I'm a dog groomer and I love that they're advocating for people who might not know much about dogs to work with and interact with them for a while before they make a commitment and how they strive to find the right dog for the right family. A lot of people buy or adopt without considering different breed traits they might have to deal with or not be able to handle. This place definitely does awesome work!
I can deeply relate to Keith saying his family would just keep the dogs that showed up to his house growing up. It’s like word spreads and they all show up
Growing up, my grandparents had an old chicken farm. The hen houses still stood. When stray cars came around, we would give them live and food. Most stayed and made homes in the old hen houses. We loved those cats. When the sold the property, they had to let people come in and collect the babies. They had found over 90 cats! I still miss them all 30 years later.
"This is a walk, not a lay" is exactly what I say to the dogs I walk! (except it's usually "this is a walk, not a sniff" since they stop at literally every bush lol.)
💙Keith: C’MON BEN! ❤️Ned: Uncomfortably tolerating animals. Adopts a character persona to cope. 💚Zach: cheating on Bowie with zach 💜Eugene: bum scratching fluffer
Keith just picking up his dog and walking him like that in the end cracked me up. And Eugene might not have adopted a dog, but all the dogs sure adopted him...

I'm SOBBING at the end reading "Still Available" over and over . I'm just crying in my seat screaming "Why doesn't anybody want themmmmm ?!?!?! That beautiful face !!!!!" If I didn't live so far away , I would've gotten a few 😭💙🐾
I know right! I go to boarding school but if I didn’t I would definitely be looking at my local shelter - when I go to University I will definitely be looking at options for volunteering and fostering though!
Okay, can we talk about how wonderful Zach was with the dogs?! He did such an amazing job leash training, and he just seamed so sweet and understanding with all of the dogs. Zach you are wonderful
I'm so happy to see pitties alongside other dogs in this video! So many videos about rescue dogs just have the small fluffies and claim "you can find any breed at a shelter! It's not only pit bulls!" when it is, in fact, mostly pit bulls, who are perfect angels! At the rescue I managed, the board members usually ended up sponsoring the adoption fees of the pitties because it was easier to find them a home when the folks adopting didn't have to pay as much as they would for a shih tzu mix.
As a veterinarian who works in shelter/street medicine, this video made me smile, laugh, and also cry. Rescue can be extremely rewarding, but it is emotionally and mentally tough and sometimes very heartbreaking. Thank you so much for highlighting animal rescue and giving so much good information about homeless pets and what people can do to help. There are so many different ways to volunteer! And remember, please adopt, don’t shop!!! ❤️🐾

Yes!! I've been scrolling to see if anyone else was talking about how well Zach was doing with Zach, that is exactly the way to train a dog who pulls!
Golden 👉👉
I also love how he acknowledged that he could look like a d*ck to someone who doesn't understand what he's doing.
@@trex0004 ah, you beat me to it!
Also, try a cat rescue!! Eugene trying to handle cats would be HYSTERICAL!
Did he adopt Pupusa? He seemed pretty in love ;)
eugene's allergic to cats lol but that could be funny xD maybe just have an extra supply of claritin
Keith just casually ousting Ned: "He left in the Gentle Barn video too" 😂
your replies LMFAO
@@orion.cw.oss8587 the replies on this video is just full of this spammer
love how they didn't force ned and allowed him to gather himself. kudos to Dickens tooooo for making ned comfortable the way ned takes care of him aweeee
Right?! Dickens was such a good dog for Ned! 🥰🥰
I had no clue this even happened!!! I just got home an hour ago from volunteering at wags and walks! I love it so much and try to volunteer atleast 4 hours a week. I really do advise it. Can’t believe this happened this is the exact wags and walks I volunteer at!❤️ I’m so glad they are using their channel to promote this! Paloma is my fav (the litttle chihuahua) she recently got in a foster home!
Has Paloma been adopted yet? She reminded me so much of my little dog who was living at a rescue for 8 months before I was able to take him in. I just know she would make a great dog.
Hey any updates on these puppies?
Please tell us these babies got adopted by now? 🥲
I literally cried every single time I saw “still available” and sobbed when she said Paloma has been there for a long time…SOMEBODY PLEASE ADOPT PALOMA AND ALL OF THESE PUPS PLEASE 😩🥺😭😭😭😭😭
Yes someone please go get Paloma and give her a forever home.
Same, i started crying my eyes out
RIGHT Paloma needs to go home with Eugene 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
LITTERALY PALOMA MADE ME SO SAD SOMEONE BETTER ADOPT HER
SAME! I'm in tears with the "still available"
Eugene: The dogs are the loves of my life. And Matt's there too. God I missed having him and his funny one-liners in the videos, it seems like literal ages since Eugene's been in a TG video.
What is he doing. I just watch these videos and never pay attention to the dates.
@@williamsnyder5616 he’s working on some other side projects that are occupying most of his time right now
Just checked out Wags and Walks and didn’t see Dickens on the list of dogs up for adoption. I hope that means our sweet boy found a forever home ❤️❤️
17:24 Yep! adopted!
Can we appreciate the fact Zach is like "These are training walks, so lets train the dog to walk"
He's the Gandalf of the Try-Guys. The only one to commit to the objective in this activity ;)
Did anyone else get turned on when he took charge and knew how to train them? Like I’ll be your dog woof woof 🥵
@@Deviantaquarian if this doesn't show up on the next Thirsty Comments vid I'll eat my shoe
One of the best ways to get a dog adopted is to have them behave well on the leash ❤️❤️
He did very well too. By the end, Zack(the dog) seemed like he was understanding the concept of walking on the leash! That will definitely help him get adopted.
Dickens is a literal teddy bear. HE LOOKS LIKE A BUILD A BEAR
Does anyone know his breed??
@@morganbroyles8647 I really want to know his breed too! SO CUTE 😭
@@morganbroyles8647 Looks like a terrier breed/mix, but I can't be sure which kind.
I love him.
So cute!
I love how Eugene is just so sassy and sarcastic and is super salty with people but puppusa full on peed on him and he laughed it off
This, THIS, is the content we needed.
Or if you have ever been interested in fostering reach out to your local rescue they will often provide EVERYTHING you need and all you have to do is give some time and love, even just a day out of the shelter can be amazing for dogs stuck in kennels all day
I am a shelter employee too!
Me too! We are overwhelmed as well! Thank you bring awareness try guys!
Eugene going all soft in front of the dogs and engaging in baby talk is the most wholesome thing I have seen 😭😭😭
Not to be dramatic but I would quite literally die for Dickens.
Right?!?!?!? I was so happy sad that he was adopted!!!
Agreed
im in love with dickens. we can coparent :)
Dickens find a new home?
same
Eugene: takes pants off
The rescue worker : you are hired to come back anytime
HAHAHAHH
effin bots... they are like 30% of the comments..
We think it was Eugene's dedication to the dogs, but really we just all love to see a pants-less Eugene
Lmao this makes more sense watching that part again
It kind of breaks my heart that Dickens didn't go home with Ned. They were such a good fit 🥺
The contrast between Zach's pretty pro-move dog training and Keith just giving in and picking up the doggo 🤣👌
That was the best part!! 🤣
From my expirence, nothing can get a dog to walk that doesn't want to. Except maybe treats.
Dog: *Pisses on Eugene*
Eugene: “She’s perfect”
"I belong to her now."
The way ned and kieth jumped to dry off Eugene together without a blink was really, true friendship
This could also be a “how to treat chronic pain” episode. Animal therapy is wonderful and fun.
Me proudly watching Ned interact with dogs: What the Dickens?
Wags & Walks: Exactly
Everyone is talking about how the dog peed on Eugene, but no one it talking about how the puppy bit his nipple at the end lol
Keith just picking up his stubborn pup and saying "good boy" as he walked away KILLED ME
And you can see the puppy absolutely loving it
I love how Zack is actually doing valuable training with Zack.
if only zach was spelt zack
😏 really? smh
Seeing Eugene be so unapologetically happy in this video gives me so much joy! I am so happy for him!! He literally got in the bath with that cute pitty and then pretended to be a dog and let the other tryguys towel dry him off for fun. SO cute!
I need Ned to do the Dickens voice more because I’m literally crying laughing.
I would love to see Eugene open a shelter someday. He has the heart for it, and animals just love him.
Random but Steve-o from jackass is trying to do like an outdoor rescue ranch w his fiancé. He has a great video ab how he got his dog, should totally check it our
@@brookeb452 he turned his life around and is a fantastic human nowadays
I love zach’s transformation from kinda disliking dogs to wanting to foster some😭❤️
I can totally picture Eugene volunteering here in his free time whenever possible
This place definitely does awesome work!
keith carrying ben when he doesnt want to walk anymore, saying "good boy!" thats me everytime with my doggos
I can deeply relate to Keith saying his family would just keep the dogs that showed up to his house growing up. It’s like word spreads and they all show up
I had a friend growing up their house was like that. They joked that it was the dog farm (not the bad kind though).
We did that but cats
@@allysonw8472 I’ve never met another person who spells there name the same
Growing up, my grandparents had an old chicken farm. The hen houses still stood. When stray cars came around, we would give them live and food. Most stayed and made homes in the old hen houses. We loved those cats. When the sold the property, they had to let people come in and collect the babies. They had found over 90 cats! I still miss them all 30 years later.
Same with cats, never planned on cats, they just arrived and let themselves into my life.
Zach: “you know how there are some things that weigh heavy on you?”
Puppet: “Oh yeahhhh, I’m in charge of try guys HR……”
😀
Ned embodying dickens was so fun to watch
The nonchalant “and you look like grass” is one of the funniest things I’ve heard
"This is a walk, not a lay" is exactly what I say to the dogs I walk! (except it's usually "this is a walk, not a sniff" since they stop at literally every bush lol.)
This is going to be a classic. The try guys and cute dogs is a match made in heaven
GAGAGAGAGAGA!!! I want to cut my toe nails... NEVER! I am the feet TH-camr. Thanks for being a fan, dear gen
💙Keith: C’MON BEN!
❤️Ned: Uncomfortably tolerating animals. Adopts a character persona to cope.
💚Zach: cheating on Bowie with zach
💜Eugene: bum scratching fluffer
Keith just picking up his dog and walking him like that in the end cracked me up. And Eugene might not have adopted a dog, but all the dogs sure adopted him...
As Eugene said in the Alaska video, his soul shows when he is surrounded by dogs.
And Thats a mood
"and you look like grass" is underrated. more proof ned is the funniest try guy, but it goes unnoticed ❤️❤️

I lovethat Eugene didn't even move/jump up when Papusa peed on him. He just sat there calmly and even smiled and explained the reason why it could have happened. Not at all mad it shows how much he loves dogs. Also I was really hoping he was gonna adopt Paloma and give Emma a sister.
I'm SOBBING at the end reading "Still Available" over and over . I'm just crying in my seat screaming "Why doesn't anybody want themmmmm ?!?!?! That beautiful face !!!!!" If I didn't live so far away , I would've gotten a few 😭💙🐾
Pupusa and Pedro still being available really broke my heart. Those faces. 😭

I know right! I go to boarding school but if I didn’t I would definitely be looking at my local shelter - when I go to University I will definitely be looking at options for volunteering and fostering though!
Paloma!!! I have three pets already and live 2500 miles away but Paloma!!!
If I wasn’t allergic I would’ve adoptthem right away 😢
Okay but why is Dickens like the most adorable dog ever.
Yes I melted when Keith said "we're on a walk, we're not on a lay"
I love how Eugene isn’t bothered at all when the dog pees on him - he just gives her more love!
The puppet being haunted by being in charge of HR for the try guys gag didn’t age well
I have missed all 4 of you together..hugs
Keith should do a Barkchslor series with the dogs from wag or any other shelter! Maybe it’ll get a lot of them adopted to good homes!
Yasss
This is such a great idea!
Omg yes
I hope this gets tons of likes so it gets their attention. Comments help too :)
omg i love this idea!!!
Try guys pitch: “What about hanging out with rescue pups?”
Eugene: “YEEEESSSSSSSSSS”
bold of you to assume he didn't pitch it
eugene not getting upset when he got peed on and, continue loving her was adorable
Eugene using the term "threaten" when talking about about his desire to adopt a dog is such a mood.
This is easily one of their most heartwarming videos
Didn't expect to see you in the try guys realm of the internet.
Yooooo you're here too lmao you're everywhere
Eugene is so sweet to the animals. He’s such a kind soul ❤
You can tell Eugene is a dog person. They pee on you and you just go "oh puppy..." water off a ducks back.
Awe Zach's face: WHAT'S THEIR FAVOURITE BOOK!?
And Eugene saying “Clifford, duh!” Was so cute
Also love that they highlighted some senior doggos, too...they need love just as much as puppies do!! :)
Ned’s “Full court of jesters,” joke at 16:32 is seriously under appreciated.
Please do an update video as I feel many of the dogs that are “still available” won’t be much longer after this video
I swear Ned's "Dickens-accent" is almost funnier than Eugene's wet pants.😆
It reminds me of his chair-acter voice
“Hello there, young whipplesnapper”
What's Dickens's breed?😅
