Thanks for the report. And thanks for calling BS on dealer failures to state coin condition in the listing title. Two letter abbreviations exist for a reason! And a shout-out to Bullion Exchanges: They ALWAYS correctly title their offerings, including "ABRADED" (the modern equivalent to the old Morgan "Bag Damage" -- never circulated but very carelessly handled).
I been cleaning up my metal specimens of native copper and silver finding plenty to be silver and realized I had a good year on the detector. Even found some of my specimens to have fine hair size threads of gold through them. Am so lucky to live near such a metals rich lands. I need to get out more and find more precious metals next summer.
Mornin Louie. Thank you for waving the shipping on my daughters present. Buy buy buy. Welcome new members. Minot has Eagles at $3.25 over flash sale today.
Please do some deduction when you take these sales into consideration. If spot rises 2 dollars, and the 'sale'drops the premium 1.50, that's not a sale lol
Platinum question. 1/10 Britannia. 1 each from two different reputable eBay sources. Measuring with my sigma is problematic. Measured with calipers I get 16.44mm wide, 0.87mm thick. I double checked my calipers to make sure they good by measuring a 1/10 oz Platinum Eagle, and they are spot on.
@ thank you. I know how to read small coins using the calibration disk. It’s the size of these that has me puzzled. Or more specifically the thickness.
I found another 1987 US Gold commemorative. For $660 but when you add 8% sales tax it just doesn't make sense. I might as well just go over my $1,000 minimun and get an ounce of gold and be much cheaper. That's sad because I really wanted to get that it, looks like a nice coin. But once again the tax man put a damper on things... time after time I can't take advantage of these eBay prices or any internet prices unless it goes over a thousand dollars. That's a problem when you have one item for sale and you're stuck with paying sales tax
Thanks for doing all your work everyday I love watching this. I have one small suggestion. Now this isn't for me it's for the newbies who might not understand your math when it comes to the the savings by using a credit card. Instead of saying times 0.97 why don't you just do minus 3%. That would be so much clearer in everybody's minds I think instead multiplying by 0.97.... that would also be clear if they only had a 1.5% card. Then they would just subtract 1.5%
I also picked up that Sigma metalytic precious metal tester right before christmas. I love that thing! For whatever reason my ping tester doesn't work reliably at all. The seller said maybe it's my phone microphone not picking up properly but no matter what I don't trust that ping tester
I will be here waiting for that interview. I think you said it will be next week anyways I'm always here so. I hope you will have a beautiful 2025. God bless you
Makes me so happy today to see the metals market still ticking while the stocks shut down to observe Carter. Carter earned and deserves zero respect from the silver and gold.
I don't know much about Carter so what did he do to The precious metals Market? Personally I wish golden silver would plummet so I can buy a bunch more and then it would come back up I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and it's not happening. Even though I'm sure it will in the next 7 months I am anxious to see it happen now
Yeah I also been mostly on hold waiting for a bigger dip 23cwas my old trigger point befor I mostly stopped buying since couldn't by any under 23. Maybe will have to raise my new mark to 26 gotta move up the mark now n then. Many tell me I'm wrong and it won't go below 30 but that's hard for me to beleive. Time will tell.

I suggest calling Sigma and they will be able to tell you if there's any peculiarities with 1/10 Oz Platinum

Pinehurst dropped the price on the “impaired” eagles about $20 a tube! In the low $660s now
I bought a tube of 2024 American Silver Eagles from my Costco today for $649.99.
Awesome. You must have been quick on the trigger!

Can you buy 2?
No unfortunately every time I find them there's only one. I would gladly buy two but not unfortunately not

Louie Thursday morning
Junk is very fickle - its up, its down...currently headed up. Tap the brakes on junk for a minute.

Good morning. Yes next week on Friday, maybe Saturday after editing.
