小さい頃に初めてR34みて一目惚れした。
あれから10年、20年たっていろんな車を見てきたけど、やっぱり34が一番好き。
子供っぽいとか言われようが、こんなに少年心を駆るイケメンな車はほかにないと思ってる。
Nissan guy here. I thought the R35 would be faster but the Mine's r34 has been one of my all time favorite tuner cars EVER. It didn't let me down.
So did I, but as with you Mine's R34 was a dream car. I guess they just in this time they only done some mods to their Mine's R35.
And I think for a novice the R35 would be the faster of the two, but for the driftking he can make use of the R34 a lot better.
I don't speak japanese so I have no clue what they said though.

Yea the R35 is 400kg heavier so... That holds it back. The Mine's R34 is the best! In millennium jade it's just perfect!
@@kaedeschulz5422 Not to mention that the R34 was running RE55s which was like an ultimate club racing tyre for the time. In the video they stated the R35 is running normal tyres.
i figured when i saw the R34 with 640hp and it weighed 3,000lbs it was going to be tough to beat with 100 more hp BUT weighing 700-800 lbs more
Sorry but give me 34 with that 2.6 screaming all day over that 35.

unfortunately the 90’s was the end of an era for JDM. Everything after starting getting bigger and emmissions etc turned everything fat.
Not only that, I personally prefer to SHIFT my own gears.

The R34 sounds absolutely fantastic.
工業製品として35の方が優れていても、「どっちが欲しい？」って言われたらやっぱり34が欲しい。
昔が良かったとか古い方が良いとかではなくて、純粋に1台の車として見比べて、34の方が自分にはずっと魅力的に見えるなぁ。わくわくする
R34はデザインも良いと思いますね。
R35は悪くはないんですが、なんだが肥満の、、、止めときます
R34は「古い車」ではあるけれど決して「ボロい車」ではない。

GTRといえばSkyline、RBエンジンの良さはもちろんだが、R34のスタイリングの美しさは至高。

r34は車に嵌って2年くらいしてから凄くデザインかっこいいと思う様になった
やっぱR34だなぁ。
R35も勿論良い車だと思う、だけどR34にはそれを凌ぐ魅力がある。
良い車と所持欲を煽る車は別だよね。35も良い車なのはわかるんだけど、色々な部分の金銭的な部分の値段や価格が上がりすぎて、庶民が頑張れば買えるっていうレベルではなくなっちゃったからなぁ

The R34 look like it was more composed on the track in corning and braking. Between the two cars I would pick the BNR34 all day long. Great video, Arigato Josh San.
R34 had racing tire compare to street tire on R35 also this was from 2010 where tuners had little experience on R35 chassis. Current tuned R35 smoke R34 out of the water.
R34の方が断然いい。年式だけでみたら古い部類に入るけど個人的には古さは感じない。
確かにR34GT-Rは市販車ベースのスポーツカーとしては熟成されたいい車だったよ。 でもね、本当のファンはR34は極度の販売不振だったことを忘れるべきじゃない。あまりの売れなさにGT-R以外のR34は1998.5～2001.5の3年で終わってしまった。R34GT-Rも当時でさえ悪趣味だとか時代遅れと言われていたことも忘れるべきじゃない。水野さんが開発したV35もスカイラインとしては不評だったが世界では売れた。北米ではカーオブザイヤーも取った。Z33も成功した。そしてR35GT-Rは世界のスーパーカーたちを性能で震撼させたのも事実。そういった財産を継続的に進化させ、自身のブランド力に出来ないのが日産という会社のダメなところ。水野さんが辞めて以降のR35はまた輝きを失いつつある。このままだとR36はまたなくなってしまうかもしれない。どう考えても今の日産はGT-Rを大切にしていない。
どっちが欲しいと言われたら圧倒的にr35

Damn i wish i could understand what Mr. Niikura says, he's a legend.
The R35 engine build by Mr. Niikura is conclusion of 1st phase that Mine’s complete engine.
This engine’s power is similar to other “boost up engine” (around 650hp) but his engine is excellent response by changing lightweight piston and connecting rod.
Can't understand a word they are saying, but I know cars bring every walk of life together ❤
Its HARD to REPLACE the LEGEND,some car are not replaceble,one of a kind and wonder,same as Supra

Factoring out Tsuchiya's miss shift and the end of the lap, that r34 was easily a solid second faster. The R35 seemed to be struggling with its understeer. Even for an r35 lol

no r35 deu a impressão que... faltou potencia pro r35 andar no mesmo nivel do r34, acho q se o mines GTR tivesse 200 pocotós a mais seria uma luta de igual pra igual, o skyline tem pouco peso e tem mt chão, consegue usar tudo que tem na pista 😱

Wonder how much the difference can be attributed to the nearly double amount of time the R34 has had in development.
i would say the fact it weighs 3,000 pounds flat and the R35 weighs 700 or more pounds more. difference in power is like 75-150hp. R35 put the power down really well if u ask me. Needs to be lighter.

the rev on R34 mines not as responsive as R34 on best motoring 2002 ago with amuse supra, looks like r34 mines rev just as fast as supra amuse not like their gtr r34 2002 Best motoring

Even though he was making many unwanted upshits and downshifts with the R34 due the gearbox being limited in Ratios. And throwing it unnecessarily left and right when there was no need to.
R35 had better gearbox and Computer tech, but Why on earth is a sports car weighted at 1760 KG when in the 90s even 1300 kg was too much weight for a sports car.
Overall, the weight comes from the sheer mass and size of the car, coupled with big 20 inch wheels, computers and tech. But it was also designed to be heavy for better traction for novice drivers. Being a CBA model, the car subsequently has become lighter over the years with the release of track editions and Nismo’s (although only slighter). However even given this weight, the car keeps getting faster and faster with each model release 😊
R34 Skyline GTR really weight 1550KG
i guess... power/weight of r34 influenciates much more on this kind of track, plus looked lik r35 left some power, u can notice, not the understeer, but r35 has handling and brake to go faster, if this one has a bit more power would get same time, something like 100-200 more HP

個人的に、車が好きで車を調べて居ていくうえで33っていうのは凄い車だってことは分かった
パーツが他の高級セダンで使われてるパーツと同じでパーツ流用の幅が大きくて、それでいて速い、これは凄いと思いましたね
その反面、ＧＴＲの特別感(専用パーツ等)が無いって意見もあってそれもわかる
こういう車づくりって難しいなってつくづく思いましたわ
