I just made this last night for dinner along with some scalloped potatoes and it honestly was THE BEST bake chicken i ever had ..and so flavorful ! My family and myself ate it down to the gristle! The paprika gave it a beautiful color.. Thank you so much !

There is a definite difference as it relates to taste when you clean it like that. I have used vinegar also.

After making your fried shrimp recipe I knew this would be good! I’m eating it now and it’s my best baked chicken so far now! The holes with a fork really helped with the flavor and then I added a little mustard to it from the idea you had in the shrimp video and it came out nice and crispy. Thank you!! 🥹🥹🥹

Growing up in South Africa my mother used to light a candle on a saucer, then after cleaning the chicken we held it over the flame to singe the small feathery things and the pores. Then wash the chicken again. Those feather at the bottom can be removed with the edge of a knife and your thumb.

I use the same gloves. Since I don't like Nitrile and can't use latex. Love how us West Indian/ Caribbean people clean chicken I wouldn't want to eat it any other way. I always put a little bit of chicken broth around the permiter of the pan and cover mines up with aluminum foil and it comes out juicy that way as well

Great job! Looks fantastic. I use an injector to achieve juicy results without marinating. I make a well seasoned broth and inject it. The chicken loses juices as it cooks but because of the broth stays moist and flavorful. I'm surprised no all spice powder cause some island folks put the berries in everything! Lol I have to admit it gives a delicious flavor to so many foods. I'm Bahamian-American and I use them all the time.

Great job! Looks fantastic. I use an injector to achieve juicy results without marinating. I make a well seasoned broth and inject it. The chicken loses juices as it cooks but because of the broth stays moist and flavorful. I'm surprised no all spice powder cause some island folks put the berries in everything! Lol I have to admit it gives a delicious flavor to so many foods. I'm Bahamian-American and I use them all the time.

I like how you prepare and clean your chicken. That's similar to how my mom prepares it. It looks good too. Another thing they eat the marrow from the bones. The do so with other big animals. Cows etc even in the UK I have heard. By the way I am from the Caribbean. Good job. Peace.
