Problem with most countries is they're stuck in the past. They think their own adverts suffice and do not take advantage of digital content creators. Very sad. We live in an age where all publicity is good publicity, you just need to knkw how to spin it. Look at Kim Kardashian.

I'm confused! That tram has no visible engine, no overhead power lines, no visible solar panels. I can't even see a battery. I can only assume it's somehow powered by the breath of wild animals.

I love Zimbabwe and being from Victoria falls myself I am happy to see this showcase.I had an opportunity to work for Engineering services there and did some layout designs which have a permanent print there.The town is deliberately designed to have buffers strips of vegetation that act as game corridors for wildlife life to access the river especially at night along the highways and the idea is to obscure urban houses and maintain the natural look.Maximum building height is 3 storeys to try an keep the whole place camouflaged.The lights tend to scare the animals away so the idea is to blend the urban environment with the existing natural.Taller buildings will drive away game hence the need for compact and shorter buildings.I just hope the by-laws are continuously respected to keep the place as natural as possible because that is the one of the strengths.Thank you for taking Zimbabwe and Africa high.

Its ok, but Africa is chaotic, disorganised, and tons of red tape. I'm sure you'll leave Zim in due time, and find another oasis, then another, each bubble bursting.
This is my third time in Zim
And your point is. I live in the US a nation currently with family on an extended break for personal reasons.
With all that you say I do not miss the US at all and will take Zim weather over 6 or so months of snow and dreary weather in the Midwest.
I feel calm, my body is actually telling me in ways I won't say that I am eating healthier food. People do not just live for conveniences. After a period that wears off and in the end you fit in where you maximize your happiness. The Western world comes with a lot of stresses that people who have not travelled or lived across Europe and North America do not realize.
Hear hear. I have just moved back to Zimbabwe after 34yrs of living in the convenient world (UK). Yes Africa can be chaotic but it’s full of life. And minus a million stresses, illnesses due to stress and processed junk foods. Thank God for Africa. I am now growing my own organic food and eating clean. And most importantly clean water not saturated with chlorine. Solar and my goodness, beautiful sunsets and relaxed way of life. I have tested the west and there are more positives and life giving experiences than in the fast lane of the west where your life is owned by work work work. I truly love Zim. There is no country in this whole world that ticks all the boxes. You just have to enjoy where u find peace, and I am finding it here in Zim.
