Heavenly father, I loosen the promise of John 10:10, 2 corinthians 6:14-15, matthew 6:24, 1 john 3:10 to have life abundantly in my life, those around me and the lives of my enemies and the body of Christ, loosening myself of all that steals, kills and destroys upon no return in my life, loosening myself and the body of Christ from being unequally yoked with and have any common share with any evildoer serving satan, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!

Based on the context of that passage, I don't think Jesus is talking about the devil when he says "the thief" - he's talking about the false prophets who came before him. I think we can apply your take on this verse to the character of the devil though.
That is precisely why I opened up the comments. I love Rick, prob my fav to listen and learn from but, John 10 is clearly talking about hirelings.... preachers in it for the $$. I believe that is the thief. The "wolf" that comes along and causes the hirelings to flee... that is the devil. But, as you say, we know that the devil is a thief and a liar and a killer so yes.. it can apply but, like you, I don't believe that to be the context of this chapter. You are actually THE first person that I have ever run into (outside of my church) that sees it that way! Kudos fella!

No, Jesus was talking about Satan. Satan has always been a thief. Jesus wasn’t talking about today’s televangelists. Stop focusing on the money or it will become yr god.

Pastor Rick I have learned a lot from your teachings. I even has used some of your teachings for study materials. Thank you. I have a question on todays teaching. You said that Jesus knew from the beginning that he, meaning the devil, that he was always been a thief, a destroyer. But in the book of Ezekiel 28:15 says otherwise. How do you explain that?

Though I enjoy very much Renner's teachings and have been learning a lot from them, I disagree on this interpretation, because of the very context: It's not about the devil, but the false prophets. In John 10:10, it goes on to say in verses 11 and 12. Furthermore, even in the previous verses too. I've used his Greek teachings on this context.
Hay nako magising ka naman, pinagtatakpan mo pa si satanas, eh sino ba mastermind ng ginagawa ng mga false prophet? Si satan din naman mismo. Stealing, killing and destroying the will of God, it all came from satan alone.
