Fun fact, when they were filming the mirror scene Jon Bernthal (Punisher) actually stopped because Ben Barnes (Billy) had such realistic screams that he actually thought he was hurting him for real

This series is awesome and critics are sh*t....that's all I have to say!!!
Half the critics saw like 4 episode the get an idea and gave it average notes because of that, same with Iron fist...most who saw it all gave it better review...althought even i who love it must admist the mid episode are kinda slow to get to the point and crazyness of the final...good but not perfect...it needed another reading of the script to make it more thight...

I liked the premise but found the story to lacking. The detective part could've been done so much better. The sister angle was stupid
i liked it alot personally. Felt like a good season 1 for me to kind of set the story ---- but the fact that the actor that played kovach wasnt returning really bummed me out

The most intense part in my opinion was the alternation between Frank who pushed Billy's face against the mirror and the flashbacks of his happy children on the carousel...it was as if I could felt all the pain and anger of the character...Jon Bernthal's performance in this show is amazing!

That was such an intense moment with the flashes of his children, and the dumbass editor left it out in this video.
Now I'm glad that Breaking Bad didn't win their competition for the next reaction show, because they would've found a way to butcher the editing for that masterpiece.

Early word for season 2 is that it's going to be following "The Slavers" arc from Punisher MAX. So, yes... some really dark depressing material. Tough to get through the last issue without my eyes watering up.

Hal Fb I recommend all of Punisher MAX volumes 1-10 (Garth Ennis' definitive work with the character). However, if I had to narrow it down to just a couple, "The Slavers" is my absolute favorite, followed by "Up is Down, Black is White" and "The Long Cold Dark".

Killing the villain may be Frank's usual MO, but what he did to Billy was truly punishment.
Billy turns into jigsaw. Franks biggest bad. No matter what Russo some how always lives one of franks villains that actually stays alive for a long time

Season 1 of Punisher was my favorite Marvel show until Season 2 of Jessica Jones. But I love the character Frank Castle. He's my favorite.

The Punisher got shot in the head, we see that in Daredevil season 2 and he's fine except for maybe not feeling pain as much and the lack of turning off fight mode like they tried to explain in the court trail.

Hey Normies!!! I have been watching your reactions to my favorite TV shows (GOT, WW). You guys do a great job with them. But I feel like you guys have made up your mind with this show that it's not gonna be great or something. It's clearly evident from the fact that you guys are just being too funny in intense scenes or overly critical of the show's writing rather than just have fun and get into it like you always do. It just spoils the mood. Even Chris was weird. Somehow i don't understand that. Just a honest feedback from a Normie Fan. By the way I have watched all the episode reactions for this series and this kept on going throughout the series. Blindwave was genuinely excited for this show and did a great job with the reactions.

I know this is for the punisher, and that the anime sections is already filled from the poll with those 4 other shows, but I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY x100 recommend Steins Gate, that show is AMAZING and it isn't super long. Trust me it's GREAT. Just consired it.
Finding the violence in this show a bit fetishistic (but I'm an old man) Great cast though and I did watch the whole season. I think Fear The Walking Dead is my favourite at the moment because of the character development and the visual palette.

This episode shows frank is still not 100% punisher in this season, comic book frank would have given his word to billy then shoot him as soon as he stood up.
