My Grandmother's Ralph Lauren Wallet is in dresser drawer in my home. It was genuine calfskin. She passed away in 2001. With a little love, I probably could still use her wallet! It's still in THAT kind of shape!

But that has always been the go-to year end trick and how stupid amounts of money go to NGO's, overseas, and non profits. At the end of the year when none has the time or inclination to read thru all the white papers, let one the 5,000+ pages of the actual bill, to see who should get what when, if at all. I would have wanted to see the American people prioritized over the absurd line items that not only take away from the American people, but will plunge us into a recession as they literally have to print more money to make this happen. Have you seen even a partial list of the foreign spending line items that are in the bill? Which of those would you support over money to the American people?
I guess expensive is relative……the one I customized on the website is almost $4,000 (no, I didn’t buy it).
I looked at the bags less than 2 years ago and it looks to me like the prices have doubled.

I have been fortunate to see her twice in person. 50 years between each occasion at Williamsburg, Virginia.
I saw her once in Houston in the early 90s, when she was touring the USA. She was an elegant presence.

I have handbags from 35 years ago that are in excellent shape and always in style. The handbags were expensive at the time but I consider them an investment - divided over 35 years that is exactly what they are and money well spent. In addition, one classic Chanel that I use for specific events. Iconic and have never regretted the purchase.

I bought a $450.00 leather Coach bag. Black pebble leather Doctors bag style. My husband was understandably a bit upset with the expenditure. I have taken good care of the bag over the years and used it every winter, and plan to use it again this upcoming winter. cost me about $12.50 a year to carry and still looks wonderful. My husband sees it my way now!

When this Corona crap is all over, buy yourself one! You won't regret it and buy it now so you have time to enjoy it! But not in white (unless you live in Florida)--buy it in black or another dark color so you can use it any season. There is nothing more important than owning a good handbag. And there are many other good, well-made bags that look exactly the same, but cost less, so buy one that is a splurge, but you can still afford. You deserve it and will enjoy it!

regardless of how enjoyable the Crown is, it is a fiction. And actors.
The Queen is actually a much more confident person than the Crown indicates. She was trained to be Queen from childhood, and made her first public broadcast at 14. She is also funny and witty. She smiles most of the time (which the actress hasn't seemed to work out)
An as for Philip, he was NEVER daft and gormless in the way that he appeared in the earlier episodes. He was a Naval Commander, who DID NOT make stupid jokes about other men's war medals, or ask a man with the HIGHEST award for bravery if he had stolen it.
And Philip DID NOT look with resentment at the Queen when he made his vow of allegiance to her at the Coronation. He was a Prince who KNEW that he would never be a king and that he would ALWAYS serve a monarch. But he also knew how much she needed him. So in reality, after he made his vow, he stood up and kissed her on the cheek.
But to make it all dramatic, the script writer imagined him acting like an absolute jerk and upsetting her, at the Coronation.
So, you have to love and admire her for who she REALLY is, not the way a script writer wrote it, or an actress portrayed it. She has actually been MUCH MORE remarkable a person than The Queen gives her credit for being.

I have a vintage black bag like it but not as deep. It fits more conservative outfit or a fit and flair dress. Although a nice pair of jeans with a Chanel inspired tweed jacket over a punk rock tank would go well with a handbag like this, too.
Where did he get this info? I am a trained at Cordwainers' college handbag designer and we made a copy, my great aunt took it, no thanks required! It's a lot of detailed careful handwork. This heavy and compartmentalised stiff solid leather style was in fashion thru out the 50s. Even so, it's a flap not a frame bag.

One of my grandmother's lifelong friends resembled the Queen quite a bit and carried the same style handbag. My grandmother carried a similar bag and when she was ready to go someplace she sat erect with a firm hold on her bag. It let the rest of us know...time to get going!

I love Her Majesty's handbag. I like the smallest version, as I am short and a large bag sticks out like a sore thumb! I'd want mine in a natural tan, a pink one, one in cream and of coarse a classic black but in a matte instead of gloss. Lol, I can't even afford one, but I do admire them!
