Glad to see you're still making content - watched you nonstop during the recent leagues. I cancelled my membership a couple months ago and not sure when/if I'll come back to the game... But enjoying seeing everyone digging into this new update.
I was one of the players doing runs day one and it’s a blast. You get great enchantables and while the money isn’t great, it’s really easy to get 100k without even trying if you get into the gameplay loop.
One thing to add for this training method is that once you leave a house, you can pay 15 valueable to the nearby street urchin to ask where the next house will be. It's especially usefull if you're exiting the middle house.
The tired feeling happens after 5 houses or hopping worlds. So to reset this by pickpocketing and get another new key. Best to do 5 keys at a time and pickpocket to reset the tired feeling for best xp rates.
I've done over 20 keys without the debuff, so I don't think it's a static limit of 5. Not sure the exacts yet though, so I hope more information comes out soon.

Stacking keys in the bazaar is also a great method for stacking easy clues!
When i saw eveeyone running to the same door i got anxiety and thought this is gunna be troll but they prevented that nicely lol
It's sooo funny when time is up and you see the mob scramming out the window like cockroaches

Yup I've always hated those methods but this one absolutely feels on point, for fairly reasonable rates too.

it's with runelite plugins. Object marker and NPC indicator
When the guy is distracted I only get like 5 -7 auto pickpockets. How do you steal from them every game tick automatically?

It's afk
Ardy knights beat this method out xp-wise, but this one is so chill. You can also do stuff like alching or fletching while running between houses.

so ardy knights and fruit still is still more useful and "afk", got it
I personally don't consider spam clicking "afk", and it also gives comparable rates of XP until 70+
