Absolutely beautiful informative video, Thank you very much sir, when this can Handel your XUV 700 the definitely no doubt with my small wagon R, Thanks again for your wonderful video.
Mandar ji, very informative video. Which is the best place to store this box in a 7 seater xuv700? Does it fit under middle or last row? Or it is to be kept in boot only.
Cable length to jack loos very short... And is it possible to directly to take battery power from back shocket without connecting to battery +ve Or- tv??
no the length is ok its like a tyre inflator . you can directly connect to battery also , as the adaptor to do so comes in the bag as shown in video so you have that option too .
Thanks for the video about this interesting and important tool. Although you have mentioned that the engine should be running while using this equipment it is very important precaution. I notice that you have not installed side foot step in your car, any specific reason ? is there any drawback in installing one. Would like to hear from you. Thanks
it does as you place jack much before the tyre and for even long vehicles its provided with a adapter "shown in video" which helps connect the jack directly to car battery.
The only tyre in question is front non driver side , the cable is just bearly enough for setting the jack so it works . On plus side it also has a adaptor which can be directly connected to battery . so its not a problem.
@@ItsMytake thanks for reply. One more queey: if hydrolic jack is not used regularly, does it cause any issue? And how frequently hydrolic liquid required to change?

Using a car charger port might blow its fuse.
You are taking power from rear of XUV 7OO. Is there a power outlet at rear of XUV 7OO
There is only 1 12v power outlet in xuv700 n unfortunately its on rear right side.

This jack or a manual hydraulic jack? Which is better to use in terms of durability and ease to use?
ease of use defiantly this its very convenient but durability manual jack it will just not fail as its manual .
Is the wire long enough to plug from the back 12V socket to the front wheels?
yes its long enough ,also a connector with crocodile clips is given to connect the jack directly to car battery as shown in video .

Like XUV 500 the 700 is also a monocoque chassis so the hight is not that high and we can easily use the car without the sidestep .
@@ItsMytake Thanks, how much ground clearance is reduced with the foot step?
@@sudhirjaipur i am not sure but i guess by 2 or 3 cm

Does it extend upto front tyres? The 12V socket is too far behind
it does as you place jack much before the tyre and for even long vehicles its provided with a adapter "shown in video" which helps connect the jack directly to car battery.
Sir does this suffice for the weight of a Harrier too?
Yes it will work.
Sir for Thar do we need 5ton hydraulic jack?
no i dont think so as curb w8 of thar is below 3 ton so this will also do
Very informative..
Glad you liked it
Hi Mandar. I am planning to buy this for my XUV. Need one quick info. Is the length of charger cable long enough to reach front tyres while inflating?
The only tyre in question is front non driver side , the cable is just bearly enough for setting the jack so it works . On plus side it also has a adaptor which can be directly connected to battery . so its not a problem.
