Thanks for video, it should be noted that this method could risk damaging the steering rack.
It needs to be counter supported with a spanner while undoing the inner tie rod.

What do you mean: tighten as best as you can? Torque setting?

55 newton meters. 1 newton meter is equivalent to .738 foot pounds. Or around 40 foot pound. Hope that helps
