He has never copied conjunto bernal HE IS VERY GIFTED AND TALENTED HE DOESN'T NEED any body to replace HIM He has left beautiful memories Truly the BEST TEJANO singer ever ever ever ever. I had the pleasure to accompany Chacha with the drums a few years before he died I think it was at the Weslaco Community Center I remember Rogelio Botello Rios was there too for those who don't know who Rogelio was he worked at KGBT radio for many years.... I was playing with Pepe Hernadez and his group at the time.The Great bands of Valley.
My dad Lupe Sanchez taught me all I know growing up in Michigan about these guys. I was 16 now 30 and still think noone can replace these guys...these artists nowadays ain't got shit on them. My dad played all his life and brought me and my niece in the business at 13...Buena suerte was my fav...check us out celestina y Los Sanchez I dedicate it to Los chachos the king's!!!!!
