I personally prefer the 7 Series. I drive my second E65 since 2007 and I found the Idrive - especially in the Facelift quite good. The interior improved a lot in comparsion to the pre Facelft - perhaps it just my Individual Series ;). The S-Class makes a lot of things better than the E65, but I dont like the interior and for me it is just a copy of the E65. The A8 is to conservative with too sporty driving.
You can still buy these cars. I own a Mercedes s350 from 2009. I paid 30.000 (new price 110.000) euros for the car with 48000 km on it. I had it checked.The car is perfect. I have put 25000 km on it since i bought it, without any problems. Just an oil change and aircofilter, total 275 euros. It has more features than a lot of 2020 cars. The car drives like a ride to the sky. It does’nt realy drive, it floats, it glides, it sails. It feels like a flying carpet! And last but not least, it makes me look rich, which i am not. 😀

I think the BMW seat controls can be easier than Audi's because the BMW makes it a simple matter of pushing the knob in the desired direction. The Audi has many segmented "knobs" in the shape of the seat, which would be intuitive if you can see them, but you can't see them when you're sitting down. Having differently shaped knobs then just means each feels slightly different but does the same function, and the smaller knobs are more difficult to use, therefore adjusting the seat is more complicated than the single knob of the bmw. But the best design is the Mercedes where you can see the button shapes and pressing them in a direction exactly replicates the changes in the seat. Of course I never tried them in person so that is the true test of which is the best and easiest to use

I have only seen One Mercedes S350 in my LIFE. I did NOT believe the dealer that it was a V6..he walked me to the car and it sure was a 2006 S350... sooooooo hard to find
The thing with that S class is that you can’t technically turn the ESP off.. sure you can disable 90% of the system but not the system entirety.. and what on Earth would you tow with an S class O.o
I don't agree with the last two points they made about the BMW. The gear lever is the same as the S-class, and the seat adjustment buttons are more or less the same as the S-class, just located in a different position. Hmm.... It seems that they are biased towards the S-class in my opinion.
